My phone heats up whenever I talk for long times or whenever I go out in sun. Sometimes HD qualities games are also lagging. Plus it get heats up whenever I put it in charge. What to do?

Hey guys...jst go fr its an amazing phone wid brilliant camera superb battery life...feels but lot of time to charge full.and memory card videos are not displaying in lumia 640 xl plz help nt even mp3s

Despite of 13 mp camera with Carl Zeiss lens 640 XL is big disappointment. 730 havin only 6.7 mp Carl Zeiss lens but is much better camera than the 640 and 64 XL.

Since 01 month I am using this device I observed the following Pros and Cons:
Pros:
1. Good Design and Build Quality
2. Good Camera
Cons:
1. Complete Pix-elation you can observe by seeing normally on tiles by deeply you can even notice some blinking also.
2. Screen Flickering Issue and redraws the screen every time when you open any application
3. touch is lagging compare to lumia 1320 No smooth rendering of tiles if you hover/ tap; no sensitive touch
4. You can find screen flickering and lagging (No smooth rendering- big failure of windows phones ) while playing subway surfers
5. For loading Asphalt it will take over 01 hour of time.
6. Navigation controls are not that much handy by incorporating it in home screen it wasted the precious space
7. Some times touch response is lagging
8. Battery backup is average and it'll take lot of time to charge full.
9. Very slow performance compare to lumia 930 & 1320.
Summary:
These are my personal experiences of lumia 640 xl after taking DOA i.e this my second devise earlier devise has more problems. Microsoft is giant in making softwares but not hardware it has to learn a lot to fix these issues.
If you want good display with good performance better to avoid purchasing this phone you can get same specifications bellow 10k think twice / if possible try to use at least 1 - 2 hours before purchasing this device other wise you have to feel......
