I'm using this phone for one month now and am extremely satisfied with it. It's excellent in all departments: battery backup, camera response & quality, display quality, readability (especially sunlight readability), network and internet connectivity, etc.
Even otherwise, I've been using windows phones for around three years now, and have never seen them Hang.
I guess this one is great phone at its price.

i've been using for a while now. the battery life is great , i change from Samsung Note series to this , and to my surprised the battery last way way longer then android or compare to my sister's iphone.

but there is currently a downside as Store has limited apps ( Game) but mostly Social Apps are available , Whatsapp ,WeChat,Line,Facebook,TeamViewer and all . This is more like a work phone rather then a gaming phone.

The look of the phone personally i like it though is plastic look alike feel but when u put on a cover ,who cares what is the material as the cover itself its a new branding XD

I would rate it 4.5/5

While having Moto X Play, One plus two..etc..
and while there are android phones with 2GB, 3GB ram .. is there any reasons to choose this inspite of those power packed phones????

After 5 month using Lumia 640 XL today I bought Lumia 640 for my Dad.I didn't find anything wrong in this Lumia series a perfect smartphone.

venkat, 26 Oct 2015Front facing camera does not have flash and compare to othe... moreI bet this is coming from a person who haven't used the Lumia 640XL or a person who is really not knowledgeable about photography. There's a manual mode when taking pictures. I saw this phone and used it to take a couple of photos and have them transferred over my Xperia Z3 so I can upload the images online taken through the Lumia 640XL and I should say the images are sharp! Details are great and that is from a person enthusiastic about taking random photos and who has above average knowledge about photography. In it's pricetag, Android could make a very cheap looking and cheaply made device from outside all the way to the inside.
