Bought it for 60eur brand new. If u want be exceptional go for w10. And u will be 0,001 % in the world lol. I am happy being 0,001% user lol. w10 is not bad ect. Maps working (thanks Nokia) u can do calls (lol), browser (edge) very good, pretty dam good phone. P.S. I don't play games (I have PS4 pro for that), i don't using camera ( I have Nikon for that), idon't use FB, INSTAGRAM ant ect, (I have real life for that). And it has f**king radio integrated, and expandable storage, an removable battery... It thin, light, and cheap...

Worst phone ever. I bought this one and had software issue and ear piece issue within one year warranty period. And display burns-out after 2months after expiring the warranty

I agree with you, the worst phone i ever had, the unlabled chinese one are hundred time better than this piece of s**t, apps crashing all the time, frequent reboot, you need to restart the phone to use the earphones, otherwise you will get an 0x000000 error when tryin to play music, youtube shows "video cant be encoded", apps wont install, pictures are ruined by the "add finitions" option that you can't disable, random notifications, sometimes you recieve message without any sound, ........ I hate it so much, i want to destroy it to take revenge, and i will do or i will have a hypertention

I've had this phone for a year. It used to be good, but now the battery is draining too fast. Display is awesome, as well as design. Camera very good. I am a fan of windows mobile but they are just not doing enough (anything) with it. It is almost as they want to drive customers away...

This phone is very very bad . Very slow , facebook messenger takes 20 seconds to start , so much lag in every app . I cannot use it ...Hardware is a mess .
Dont buy it, better buy a mainstream android device like J7 , A5, A9 .

This is a really poor performing phone and Apps crash on a regular basis due to the low RAM and substandard processor. Windows 10 is also a defective op system and has plenty of bugs. In less than a year even the phone loudspeaker is not working due to some loose connection. I had the NOKIA 730 dual sim before this and that was far better. Microsoft is a failure where making phones are concerned. Will be switching to NOKIA or iphone soon.

This phone could have been hit if M$ put more powerfull SoC inside or set lower price.
Also W10 was disaster in early days.

This phone is perfect, it's not a beast like 950, but it's liteweight and it's enough for everyday use.... I have white version, working good...

Also I like Alcatel as a brand, and the Idol 4 for Windows is a very good product for what you pay for it. Sadly it's still not available in my country and I don't think it will be since it's out already for a long time. The choice here if you want Windows 10 mobile is only a Lumia. But eBay can help me out perhaps. Though I'm still using my 930 since 3 years.

Had it since launch works a dream, never had a problem with it and its restarted itself once since I got it when released, i am not a heavy app user as I know the apps are limited on Windows but this suits me mostly, I cannot fault the handset at all.

If it does not freeze then it won't open WhatsApp to share a web site link from Edge. It deletes all tabs on random occassions, and today it deleted all web site links lined to start!! Plus it messed up my start screen. When I went checking I now saw that another update took place without my agreeing to it just month after creator update messed my phn up. As sw designer and tested myself if this phn did not have call recording service enabled Id threw it in the bin!! But Cs it has I catch lying bastards w poor and fish memory so am keeping it for just that!! Not worth buying or if you do buy, never allow first or any other update to get to it. It's not worth the agro!!
