I got into Android, it was good , but rooting was also necessary and it got boring for me...
The older WP editions were crazy I know...but maybe win 10 will be gooood :)

Maybe you missed the news, The Microsoft store and online store are sold out. I was at a store trying to buy one. Watch preorder people getting 2-4 at a time spending almost $3,000 on phone. Yes Microsoft customer have a lot of cash

i never support any product of apple, i have so much problems with apple's culture and the way they seduce people to pay too much for what they say they invent (but we better know that they just upgrade some big inventions from the others and label them as apple innovations!!)
i do agree with you and i think that you misunderstood me because the main comment that i replied, no longer exists!! :D

this phone isnt going to sell much just for example all my friends jumped from wp to androids because of one thing apps they dont have any if that dont change am never going back to wp and so are my friends if you guys dont agree you will see for yourself

Rest you pay for Apple merchandise, pay day for milions of staff, running all their shops around the world, research, develop and lot more.
And anyway Apple is made in china.
So for china phone is tottaly expensive, copared to something like Meizu or Xiaomi.
Sorry i will never ever in my life pay 600 eur for a bitten apple.

[deleted post]did you know that apple iphone 6s plus, the most high-end phone of the most popular brand in flagship markets, still has a DUAL CORE cpu?!! so it's the best example to khnow that the numbers of cores dont guaranty the performance.
but about gorilla glass 4, i do agree with you, but still i never ha a single problem with my phone having gg 3.
i have a lumia and i know that it's a win for customer having a WP phone. ;)

I so wanted ... moreoh dear, i dont want to judge but what i read made me feel that you knew / expected these things and was waiting for the right time to wright them and show every one that how awful is this phone! sorry but reading these lines made me feel bad about your intention of saying these things, more than about this phones capabilities!
but first, there are some features that are good in some phones but not necessary and there's no advantage to have them or disadvantage for not having them! like having or not having infrared!! there are soooo many awesome phones that they dont have it! LED notif is disturbing to me!
second, yes, there are, maybe, some bad things about this phone, but how about good things?! there's no positive point in that?!!!
third, email and internet things you said, has never been a problem for me and i never even recognize them! i have to congratulate you for focusing and finding such little things!!
fourth, that problem with buttons for waking and sleeping the phone made me laugh hard, thank you! i didn't know that's a problem, but thank you any way!
fifth, "WiFi disconnects when sleeping, doesn't connect reliably when powered back on" oh god! come on!! no one has never seen that and will never see!
no, i cant trust you dude, but thank you for teaching me how to attack brands that may hunt my favorite brand's market ;)

I have few lumia phones from lower end 512mb ram to high spec 2gb ram with snapdragon 800. All u stated above is not true at all. Have u ever used wp? Get one and then do comment. Wp browser is great than android browser and even ios. Butter smooth and can download any files unlike safari. It has no ads and ads popping out everytime u click unlike android. Get a try before commenting.

Things that made me return the Lumia 950 XL
I so wanted to keep this device and thumb my nose at both Apple and Android.
One single issue is the bigest of all. No Apple OSX tool to transfer content to and from the phone. An app did exist this summer when I tried out a less expensive Lumia 521 (WP8), but the app is gone from the Apple app store and the forums speculate it's because Microsoft has not submitted an updated app to the Apple store. Without the ability to easily transfer content to and from the phone, this downside is a HUGE issue. Using some networked based storage as a relay is not an option for a device that cost $689.56 USD.
The second big fail was having to wait over 30 days for the dock. Continuium is the single feature, even if not perfect would have made me ignore all the other gripes and keep the phone. I had 30 days to return the phone and if not able to experience Continuium until after the window to return the phone ended, it was a deal breaker for me.
Hardware:
Hunting for the middle button to sleep and wake is an annoyance. If there was only one button on the right for power and the volume rockers were on the left then sleep and wake would be easier. I keep hitting the volume up button instead of the power button.
No notification LED.
Email:
No unified inbox for the built in email application.
BIG-ONE, Even though the preference download all images is checked off only senders in my contacts will display all the images.
Even a message sent from the phone to myself with an attached image will not display the attached picture until I tap the picture.
Using the LIGHT theme, there is not enough contrast when viewing the inbox to see which messages are NEW/UNREAD.
Apps:
The "HERE MAPS" was replaced by "Maps" which takes forever to download even the smallest of individual maps. Can't imagine how log it's going to take when all the maps have to be updated, probably a day.
Activating Cortana by voice is not consistent, sometimes three tries before it catches.
The "Lumia Offers" app once launched will hide the three (3) soft buttons so you can't hit the Home button. You have to sleep then wake to get back to the home screen.
Missing Apps:
The only Starbucks app, a 3rd party one was killed by Starbucks, I love Starbucks.
No visual voicemail app from T-Mobile to support the Windows 10 Mobile platform.
Misc:
Not a part of any mobile payments system yet.
No infrared like my other phone, a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, cant use the phone as a TV remote.
Expected a single sim model but received a dual-sim model, specs are slower data on DUAL-SIM verses SINGLE-SIM.
Can't disable the icon in the notification bar about the empty second sim slot, taking up valuable notification bar real-estate.
I can add items to the speed dial on the Phone app but can't delete an entry I just addedd.

There was a quick choice for "QUIET TIME" but I could not find where to enable it and be quiet between 10pm-6am. It maybe burried somewhere but it was just not very intuitive and easy to find.
