The specs are great win10 mobile is great
The only thing remaining is the design which if MSFT fails to come up with something better than the ones that are leaked recently it's going to be a failure
But if the design will be good then this phone is a beautiful beast!!!

Great...! Microsoft lumia 940 xl lte, when i am read this phone is very unique this brand is change all smart phones roofs..! absolutely..! but it is going to very awaiting...! i think Microsoft will be done this gadget dual sim and all required apps (today's market smart phone will be give,) runs in this gadget or not.... am confused, and as compere to today's market smarts phone samsung. htc etc....! will also good competitive gadget announce but Microsoft will be give us great and longtime holding-hand Microsoft smart phone we will we expected...!!

Hey, did you hear the new rumors from some random internet blog? This phone is going to ship with lazers and rockets. It might even have a 14 gigawatt flux capacitor.
LoL @ everybody so sure they know the specs of this phone. I remember the last time everybody was so sure about the specs of the new Windows Phone. That Windows Phone was never released because the entire project was scrapped. Until we get an official announcement from Microsoft, don't listen to all of the rumor peddlers and know-it-all's. After all, these exact same people were spectacularly wrong last time.

Who cares? It's all just rumors. Most of the pictures I've seen have been either artist renderings of "possible" designs, or terrible Photoshop jobs. Nobody knows the real specs yet. Microsoft could decide to cancel the project tomorrow. They've done it before. The people who run this site are more worried about the specs for real phones than imaginary ones. Also, you're not even up to date with your internet rumors. This phone was only considered the 950XL for about 3 days, then the internet decided it was going to be the 940XL again.

This page should've been updated months ago because...
1. There's a new photos of the device.
2. The device is capable of recording a 2160p at 60fps and 1080p at 120 video.
3. The reversible USB Type-C is not a microUSB 2.0 and it's a 3.1 and it have a Usb host.
4. The name of the device is Lumia 950xl and not 940xl.
5. The front camera is an infrared intel real sense capable of scanning 3D objects.
The same goes to the smaller version.

What about battery life? anyone any knowledge about that with a simular Phone?
Could it get like 2 / 2,5 days with one battery (than my usage is like 1 day so perfect for me!)?
Is the battery replaceable (that would be very nice!)?
I could get use to the windows os in stead of android. But battery, camera and network tools are the 2 most important things for me (so no iPhone)
Pro's: I like the modern style and Carl zeis lens its 5.7 is compacter than the 6" phones, 3gb ram with good 810
Cons: 32gb can be to less and no card slot to expand the memory....

All people whining about Micro SD (I don't understand why GSMArena doesn't update the specs):
This phone will have an expandable sd-card slot up to 128 or 256gb, it's super slim, has 120 fps video recording and 4K recording (don't know about fps on 4K though).
You will NOT be disappointed when it goes official...
