More Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge specs leak

Samsung is rumored to be fully unveiling the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13, ahead of a release on May 23 in China and Korea, and May 30 in the US and other markets.

Today's leak brings us what looks like a draft of the official press release Samsung is preparing for the launch. If it's accurate, then expect the rumored 200 MP main camera to be in. The phone is said to be 5.8mm thick and weigh 163g. It's powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and is promised to have a "long-lasting battery".

It will launch with One UI 7 based on Android 15, and there's mention of a "titanium bezel" which doesn't sound right (perhaps this was auto-translated from another language) - we assume it's the frame. Also, on top of the screen will be Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, which hasn't been officially unveiled yet.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to slot in between the Galaxy S25+ (with which it shares the screen size) and the Galaxy S25 Ultra in terms of pricing. It has only two rear cameras and is rumored to get the smallest battery of the entire Galaxy S25 range.

S25+ Big Battery S25+ Small Battery = Brand New Innovation

It's the same size as the S25+, but with a smaller battery and thinner, and people have to pay more for it? That's nothing more than a gimmick.
