this is the worst phone i have ever had in my life. i've been through 3 samsungs and only god knows why i chose to get this phone instead of the d900 two months ago. presently, the phone does not turn on at all, after exhausting nights of wondering if the phone will charge tonight. phone constantly turns off. battery is unstable. scratches easily. the phone looks years old in a matter of weeks, also without a memory card, there is very little memory, sound quality is extremely poor. i strongly recommend that no person get this phone... it has been the worst phone i have ever had in my life... the touch screen is cool, but it's no compensation for the worries it'll give you.

its a wonderful phone but the cd that came with the phone is not reading the phone what do i do help asap

Ok, well i recently brought this phone in china and its great, and easy to use! u dont need to create contacts everytime you send message, just go 2 messages and click Compose down the bottom, then type ur message and to send to a number insted of tapping TO up the top, click on the long line next to it, u can enter number, and 2 change tones just go 2 setup, click ring alert style and click edit on the style, u can edit everything, just spend some time working on it, the phone does everything you need

hi. i would like to know if someone can help me. i tried to use Motorola phone tools on my motorola a1200 and it isnt reading it properly. i tried to use the memory card and the phone is not bein read. wat do i do? i need to know ASAP!!!

I have read all posting here .i only wanna say this is dam good phone for every one who wanna be in touch the only thing you have to Go through this phone just try and you will amaze to know .really i got every thing Music Video Chat Email Internet .Some one said it hangs >??? this could be A Prob be in touch with service center.

Hi guys. I just placed the order online for this phone. i dunno whether it would be good one or not but the comments i read here are making me fuzzy about the same. I dunno how that ould work out for me. I am alreading using walkman series of sony n I know that this phone would not provide me that kind of a voice quality but can anyone tell me is it ok to buy this phone or I did a mistake. I am buying a motorola phone for the first time.

i just bought the A1200 and i am trying to navigate the phone... can anyone tell me how to change my incoming text message alert ...another thing how do u send a text msg to someone who is not in your contact list.. i am finding that i have to create the contact first ... i would prefer if i could just enter the phone number.. on the plus side there are many great features and i am having fun learning

my boyfriend got this phone to sell and it went in a flash. all of his friends liked it.even me too bad i dont have it at present.i love the make of the phone.and how it has that clear cover and you dont have to open it to nsee who is calling. its great and cool.

Hi Friends,
I purchased this phone about a month ago. Speakers are pathetic, low sound when song is played. Ringtone is very low. I have used many handsets, but this one is pathetic. The fiber cover got scratches after 1month of purchase. The fibre cover is not scratch proof/resistant. Resale value is 40% of the original market value. I have had my phone since nov 06...Is it that having not used the voice recognition for a while, its like disabled or something??? I have not been able to load my voice recognition for months...is there a way to reset???

I think a1200 is the great one! u can get in touch with it easily!It's really worth .also I myself use the different dictionary on it and it works fantastic there is no problem during the process.and also I use it as a translator too!

The problems wtih this phone
1. Pathetic synchroization with outlook, please write to me if you have been able to do it
2. Low volume of sound
3. Loose back cover, comes off in the pocket
4. Poor battery life
5. Does not accept business card messages (I am not talking of its BCR)
6. Keeps on emiting a beep or an obnoxious sound every now and then (and it is not a reminder or alarm)

this is a bout a week that i've bout this phone - i use id in GSM network - i've read about this smart phone in many forumes and 80% of owners getting messy about their shop but i did , yeeeeeees, i did , you know this phone is great , no hang no stupid operation it done , guite easy to work and you getting familiar with it's menu if you work for 4-5 hours , the most intresting thing i've found in it is it's security - you can find neighbour cellphone via bluetooth with their MAC ( Media Access Code ) of their phones and no one an see you unless you let them and pair them . you can save your SMS in expanded MEM which you add and there is no limition for sms - use it as modem which means you can send sms via it's software when you contect it to your PC - this is the first MOTOROLLA i've bout becouse i used sonyericsson for more than 6 years but i was wrong , buy it & enjoy it
