      hi..

I got this phone 2 days back...
Battery is not even lasting for 24 hrs.
Is this an issue which only I am seeing?
Or is it because i am exploring the phone too much?

        Voice Mail:
1)Go to SMS/MMS tab (envelope icon)
2)Open bottom-left menu then Service Setup
3)Press Voice Mail and enter your voice number:)

If you want a unique phone, this is the one to get. I get tons of compliments and amazed looks with this phone. It was love at first sight. And I went bought one the following day.

Camera is really good, but video recorder sucks. I used the software that came with the phone to convert avi video files into RM. Converted videos works perfectly fine for me. The sound quality when playing music is pretty good too. It's just the speakerphone that is kind of lacking (in loud areas).

To listen to the radio, you need to have the headset plugged in... which is stupid.

Text messaging is a lot faster (with stylus pen) and funner! Some functions won't even require a stylus pen. EX. Dialing, calculator.

I have no idea how to use the MSN Messenger on it. But the notepad, tasklist, calendar, calculator, etc are good enough.

And you won't have to worry about everyone having the same crap fashion phone (cough RAZR v3, cough LG CHOCOLATE), because it's pretty much HongKong exclusive (unless you import).

Overall quality is very good, but not the best. I recommend you get a screen protector. and leather case/pouch.

this phone have everything we will need for a phone in 2007. The only thing missing is
                GPS Navigation.

                but I love The Phone.

don't worry friends, in one, or two month, the modder will figure out how to improve your speakerphone quality, boost the sound up, yup, the only thing that A1200 face difficulty is the sound, but it'll be improve,

This is my first PDA phone I brought & is the best Motorola phone I've ever owned. Good design, high resolution screen, quite easy to use(but you have to get used to PDA phones' function first). Everything else about this phone is above average except the speakerphone can be of higher quality. No complain!

                        1. How do you block calls from particular phone numbers?
                        2. Is it possible to only allow calls from the selected category in the phonebook?

this phone came with linux mobile os, better than symbian software and more organizing, although it's new and only a few update, but i think in the next few month the new firmware will be coming out to have cooler feature, amazing and stylish phone, should go for a try !!
