ppl ppl, this phone can only work (gsm-wise) in the asia's NOT in america. you will only be able to use this phone in america IF AND ONLY IF you are on a CDMA network. this is good if you think about it at first, however if you think about it more, you will realize that this phone sort of takes out both of the technologies and blurrs it into one, toning down the two technolgoies into one. personally, id say that if moto cant make a phone can improve on the two technologies,,,why not focus on one (gsm or cdma) and make it better?

motorola phones looks very alienlike and their design is very 'original' but i like it, the functions and all except that motorola's battery life is not that long!!! pls moto, improve ur batt life and i did follow the instruction to charge the batt 4 8hrs bfre use de 1st time!!!

I dont know what is wrong with you Guys but this mobile sucks like all the Motorola's , 1st of all it is not made in Japan or Finland which means it sucks and 2nd of all there is the NO.1 mobile in this world SonyEricsson and no.2 Nokia so why you guys are intersted in this Crap???

I'm betting that US service providers will not share such enthusiasm over a dual network phone (GSM / CDMA). Most likley it will be locked to one or the other technology. To roam internationally you still need a sim and roaming agreement between carriers. Japan PCD is another story. Good luck if you home system is IS95. This one will be short lived.

Looks nice...very...star trekkie. When will it be on the Market? I think it would look More Nicer when there is no antenna.
