Yes, ICS ! I'm from Brazil, RJ, the target country for this product and I've just bought one. You can realize that the manual owner is written in Portuguese only an it is available to download only in Brazilian Motorola site.

Very good phone, except for the memory. That is better in BLU Vivo (but it lacks in the display). Why is so difficult a almost perfect dual sim? :)
