I bought two of these phones for christmas one of them has voice dial and the other doesn't. Does anybody know whether the feature is hidden in some part of the menu? do i have to do anything to the phone to activate it?

It doesn't have voice dial in any version. In mai region ( Eastern Europe) it haven't voice dial.

It does have a voice dial capability .. but not sure about voice commands

had this fone i liked it but not on the network that i was on! there is a alarm its on the calander, you can also get a radio aswell in any highstreet phone store

I have this phone, but i don't find any capabilities of voice dial or voice commands. In the manual I found that C350 have this features, but I don't know how to find. Can anybody tell me if C350 really have voice dial?

battery 2 weak,cant transfer data from pc,hard to get a proper driver file for usb cable,cant daownload wallpapers from pc using data cables.

Dude, the problem is with the airtel network. Not much data capability. I also use a C350 with an Airtel Simcard. I am thinking of switching over to Orange now. The network is the problem..not the phone. The phone is a really sexy one. I tried using it on my sis's orange simcard and data speeds are excellent.
the problem you are talking about will exist on all airtel phones.

I recently purchased it in the last week of October especially for PC-internet connectivity via a data cable, but only could get connected a couple days with download speed less than 1 kbps. Then failed connection. The service provider (Airtel) says that the problem lies with the Motorola C350 handset and that they had found out that this phone is not good for GPRS. Will someone clarify. I have not really been able to get internet connectivity either on the phone or on my PC.

and one more problem is.... when iam inserting the pin for charging the battery the ring tone is coming to default... and is becoming silent.....
