Hi there,
Is that the latest MPtools software no need USB driver? I have tested it with my E398 on XP without install usb driver. And it's working. The USB driver download link seems like cannot access already. Can someone please post another link here?

"i really like this phone but yesterday i started having problems with it. my contacts/phonebook simple wont work or is not accessible anymore. is there a way i can reset my settings again to factory defaults? i will be very grateful if somebody can help me with this."
i have the same problem.
when it pass to stand-by all is ok, but when i try to use it, starts the problems. It's not accessible, i cant turn-on the display, i must hold red button for 5-10 sec, then display on and i see that the phone was out of service. At this time if try to ring myself, i could not do it.
where i can find, newest s/w version or anybody have any idea what's happen with my moto?

Go to Settings > Initial Setup > Master Reset. If this can't help then do Master Clear.

the c380 phone has a self repair feature !! ( i think) ...my phone was not ringing ..and not working well ..half the menus were not accesible.......i kept it off for a few days ..and then on for another few days .. ...for 1 week ..and today :.all the menus are working ( including sound detail ) and all the new functions are active ..! its great !

i also dun know y can't .it is cos of my usb cable got problem ..but i can connect it under motorola mobile phone tool and also under p2ktools version 0.7.1.9 but under at mode ..please could somebody help me ... i using windows xp it is cos of that too

what version of p2ktools from bezol u r using 0.7.1.9 or 0.6.4.12?both has no problem connecting on p2kmode but not on AT mode.

go to the language folder and delete the russian language file(something like russian.lang) and run the tool again.

i already download the p2ktools but it's in russian version ...do anyone one got the english version ???thank you
