try to close and restart the phone, i guess you have the usb driver instaled.

sorry man, i thaught C385 and c380 is the same phone, you better ask other c380 users if they have Video in Multimedia, cause i'm dam sure my c385 has and is working.

im having a brand new phone.not a second-hand one. so i can bet nothing has been change. im having a c380. is that why my phone does not support video? we are having completely different model or it is juz named c385 in europe? even in my manual book, nothing about video is said.
i try to check with motorola malaysia and see what solution they can come out with. preferbably they can re-install my soft with video support. thank you.

dear romeo....ive tried to download usb driver from the links at the previous pages... http://anoobyx.freeweb.hu/telefon/progs.htm... but i can't... something wrong with the web sites.... damaged or something...can u give me another links to download usb driver so that i can be happy with my new c380........please romeo i need ur help.........

Please could you tell me what to do...when i start PST and i press the read phone button ... the status bar reaches 50% and then gives me an error: "Unable to suspend phone. Please power-cycle the phone and try again". What should i do?

in Mobile tools, you won't have video on multimedia studio, just:
my pc/my pictures/my music (i use my pc to search the mp4 samples)
but, in your phone, in Multimedia ,you should have Themes, Pictures, Sounds , Video and Motomixer.
I have a Motorola C385 from Orange operator (Romania), and this is a brand new phone.
It's posible that your soft been changed, if you have a second hand phone, or Video was disabled by operator or manufacturer !?!
Anyway, if it's like this, the phone has no large memory to keep video files on it, i load it on phone , view it and delete it, because i need space for the games and mp3s.(so it's not a big problem after all)

only now i realized, in my Multimedia Studio, the "my videos" tab is missing. i only have "my pictures" and my "my music".
what happened?
oh,did u launch the setup.exe by BVRP software?becoz i did not.after i unzip the file i downloaded from the site, i go to program files > motorola > mobile phone tools and look up for mphonetools.exe. is this the cause of my problem? but i do not have problem uploading mp3s and photos.
in my phone, in the Multimedia section, i do not have Video either. what i have are themes, pictures, sounds and motomixer.
please help!

for zc:
i uploaded right now a video sample from mobile phone tools 3.11, on my phohe and is workin' just fine.
i did'nt chose any folder just drag and drop from multimedia editor my pc to my phone, an i guess it detects automaticly the file and place it in the right folder.
(in my case Multimedia > Movies).
if you don't have that folder on your phone maybe you should ask your operator , they could disable this feature, i don't know.

can you be that nice to check out the previous pages of this forum?
the pages are loaded with links to USB divers, softwares and java games for c380/385.
You can also use Google to find that, just type what you want and go for it ...:)

I think motorola C380/385 very good
But I can't sellect C380/385 software for my mobile.

did you tryed to uplod the samples mp4 files of mobile tools 3.11 or your own made mp4 files?
i managed to upload the saple mp4 files of MPT 3.11, but did'nt had time to make my own mp4 files. if i do that i will post i here.
try to change the extension from mp4 to MP4, i had to change mp3 to MP3 when i tryed to download from wap to my c385.

hey again, i try to upload the .mp4 files to my phone using PhoneTools just a moment ago, but failed. An error message prompted and it reads: "Request Denied by phone (Unsupported Media Type (0x4F))" What happened?
And can u please let me know which sites have good mp4 videos?

you can get free QuickTime Pro, but it's not legal, as many of the links here, but the internet is full with links to ilegal software cracks, patches and stuff.
I guess the best way is to use a p2p program and download the softwares you need.
