Long time Iphone and BB user, bought this phone because I got tired of the BB and their less that reliable OS, also wanted to try the Android OS. I use to own Motorola Phones back in the days of 2G or less, they use to be great, this phone is NOT, battery is a joke (no more than 6 hours on auto mode 2-3G and wifi), OS is worst (I don’t know if it’s the software of the hardware is really that bad) almost never hags but it reboots by itself at least 8 times per day, looks good, but that is the only positive thing about it, my opinion: NEVER! By any chance buy this phone!!!!, its a waste of money, even if you find one for around 10 $, trust me, its not worth it really disappointed at Motorola.

For rebooting go to:
Setting->Privacy Setting->Factory Data Reset.
(Note:Factory Data reset will erase all ur mobile data e.g. messages,bookmarks ect.recommended to backup all these)

i can open the browser of my mb502 but i cant access my market account by creating a goggle account, it shows that call customer care this problem on your phone.

A mobile which is useless for the inital price
no upgrade
no tranfer of data to sd card
always hangs
not able to see youtube
touch is use less
No front camera
actually the price we pay is a gifted money to moto.

Please confirm how to access facebook application and gmail application in charm.
when i tried to access it showing AN ERROR ACCURED PLEASE TRY LATER OR CALL CUSTOMER CARE.
In browser internet is working WELL.

I can't transfer song on other phone via blueetuth phone third generation!!!you can't get adobe flash player! Yes it is real motorola!
