hi...i was just introduce to this particular product and i hope i will enjoy it as well...but the problem is that i can;t asses to unlock it...i ve tried so many ways of unlocking but is not working....so can you lead me to the way....or what can i do? in addition the phone was sent from usa.

I bought this phone two months back its awesome with really charming looks and the best physical qwerty possible and with almost no lag. only the camera is not so good but ok and carry another battery or charger cause the battery drains like the water. in flight mode with medium usage battery will last the most 2 days.

you can move the application to memory card.
but first you have to root your phone.

the in built memory is 152 mb not 512 mb

I know this is nice mobile but in want to know that the qwerty botten is glow or not ,sound is good or bad,can we watch HD vidoes in this mobile.

Bought this phone a few days ago and I like everything about it. Unfortunately after downloading a couple of applications the internal memory gets full.mi researched what I have to do and it seems I need to root the phone to enable the transfer of my applications to the sd card. I tried app2sd but there isn't any on the android market for the charm tried downloading then universal and root which downloads to the phone but when you click root the download fails. Please please can anyone help me by explaining a step by step process on how to sort the problem with the internal memory for the phone which is a killer for me. Thankx

I've had this phone for about 3 months now (Oct 2011 to Jan 2012) and this is what I have discovered:
PROS:
- Android OS (2.1)
- It runs Android 2.1 very fast, hardly any lag
- customizable interface
- The MOTO-Blur feature is actually pretty cool
- Wifi and Bluetooth are great
- Typing is super easy on the QWERTY
- Super lightweight
- Great call clarity
- This phone is small, without being small. The "square-ish" form factor makes it seem small in your hand, but it's not really small.
CONS:
- Camera isn't the greatest, could use a LED flash
- Can't upgrade Android version
- Battery life is a JOKE. Motorola should have just shipped the phone without a battery - it would have the same performance :). On the standard battery you will get less than 24hrs stand-by-time, with wifi and bluetooth turned off!!!
RECOMMENDATION:
- Buy the 1350ma battery with the bigger cover piece ($40 off ebay). When you do that, this phone is on par with iPhone's, blackberries, etc.
I own a Blackberry Torch (work phone), and I can honestly say the Charm holds it's own on comparison. I have owned a iPhone as well, i'd choose this phone hands-down over the iPhone - of course, because it has Android.
For the price, you can't beat it to get into the wonderful world of Android OS. This is my first Android phone, and I can see what everyone is talking about - it won't be my last Android device.
