I purchased this phone in April, 2011 through Telus Mobility in Canada. The phone was free on a two year contract, not bad. But the phone was already no longer listed on Telus website, and they were thinking of no longer selling the phone. In August, I had to bring my phone in to Telus and have them ship it back to Motorola because of: screen not responding, loss of data connectivity, no ability to visit Facebook from my phone. When I picked it up two weeks later all they had done was a factory reset, which I could have done here at home! I recently brought it back in to Telus due to the same problems and serious phone signal problems, the company this time installed an upgrade for me which has lessened my screen problems and so far fixed my data and signal connection. They no longer sell this phone, so the next time I have to send it in, they'll be replacing it. Otherwise, this is a cute, capable, very handy phone.

i live in the netherlands and bought a motorola charm at J&R new york whilst on a visit. i have registered the phone on line . i cannot ascess any function. .
i receive messages about connectivity after inserting a sim card. i cannot proceed beyond that. i need help. the phone was highly recommended by a friend.

i am a phone addict. belive it or not i changed phone 6 times a year. this year i have imate spl, nokia e52, china phone versio, iphone 3gs, cherry mobile s80 and just got my motorola charm last week. so far everything works good except for the battery, camera and the screen is very low resolution compared to my other phones but not a big deal other than that... its the best.. price is 100 bucks. so great deal. the navigation works very good, internet is very fast, keypad is perfect quality built, loudspeaker is very good, trackpad is very cool. proud to be moto charm user.
