Yes. But will not be as good in theory as the Neo V
3.i hav heard that this phone lags a bit is it true?
Send me the fastest phone on the market and I will load it up so it lags :)

arun eximo, 14 Feb 2012Hi Ahmed.. dat sound is frm battery coz it hav some space i... moreHi Arun, actually there were two sounds one from the power button which is a bit loose and second was from battery , but this battery sound was irritating me more so I just put a rubber band on the battery and the sound is gone now, apart from this there is not much issue about this phone, but I had really expected a much better built quality as this phone claims for its ruggedness and toughness which I dont see in this handset, I find HTC phones very good in built quality but obviously they have their own pros and cons

Not sure why you are telling my to go buy a cheaper phone 1) the Defy+ was cheap 2) I like the design
No need to be a fan boy about any of this. I like my Defy+ (best phone I ever owned) but it has assembly and software floors that can't be denied.
I accept that some people may not use functionality or use functionality in a way where problems do not effect their productivity or joy using the device. That does not mean that the problems do not exist.
I work in the software industry have have owned smart phones for 7 years so it's not like I am mistaken.

i bought this.moto defy+
and believe me
ia the worst phone that i ever had.
i change it for a galaxy sII and before defy+ i used to use blackberry torch 9800 that is the same sh*t.
sometimes defy+ gets frezeen and turned off automatic so i decided to sell it.
well someinteresting is the camera but is very very low speed taking pics
when u wants to take a pic it take about 5seconds :s

Anonymous, 15 Feb 2012Motorola defy plus will not get the official ICS update....... moreThis does not surprise me at all. The Defy plus has some real niggling issues with software that Motorola have not bothered to sort out since the original Defy was released.
They would rather release new phones without dedicating themselves to sorting out existing ones, so the lack of update is just no surprise. I love my defy plus, but this is my last motorola.

Motorola defy plus will not get the official ICS update.........motorola has posted in its forum.....check software upgrade news section....

Dont compare junk Ace mobile (278 MB Ram, 150MB internal memory, 1350 mAh battery and poor display) with decent Defy+ (512 MB RAM, 2GB internal memory, 1700 mAh battery, decent display and great IP 67 certificate (dust and water proof))

Ahmed, 14 Feb 2012Hi Arun, I Bought this mobile few days ago after two months... moreI had the same problem and found out it was a loose battery, so I gently flattened the grove on the top of the battery that clips it in. Solved the problem.
