Although the phone is 12 mths old running on relatively outdated OS without multi-touch (even after upgrade), hardware wise it offers one of the best keyboard around, and MotoBlur offers instant updates of Facebook, yahoo mail, etc...
If you don't mind the weight, which gives a sturdy feel, you should get one.

just a warning about the bluetooth. because of the android operating system bluetooth dont support the sending and resieving of any file its just for hands fre basicaly

I use DeXT already 9 month, i find out after i master reset it and change branded Memory card the phone is funtioning very good, but the battery only can use for 1/2 day only, i use task killer also, can u tell me is't got task top batt charged for this model?
pls give me the model number, thanks.

I was considering purchasing this phone, but I have not had much luck finding a Motorola that is decent. So I don't know whether to buy it or not, I would definately not recommend it though.

I have had my phone for 3 months and out of that 3 months i have only used it for 2. The p.o.s decided to pack it in after 2 months. I went to look at youtube for a drifting vid and the stupid thing force quit on me. So I turned it off and restarted it. All i got was the start up screen with the m. sent it to my service provider and they sent it to motorola. after a month i rang motorola because optus are stupid and they have no idea where the phone is. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IF YOU WANT TO STAY SANE AND HAVE A FULL OF HAIR.

All the faults are the same and they were happening too quickly now I take great care of my phones to ensure no damage happens and when phones have broken in the past it is usually after about a year not 1 month then 2 months then noticed after 3 hours when i make a call then 5 hours after delievery.

My T-Mobile CLIQ is already running on Android 2.1 Eclair complete with Superuser access and custom settings, which vastly improved my phone's capabilities. Not really an easy ting to do, but it's doable.
