I've had this phone for a while now. I am very happy with it. It has an awesome tactile feel especially the soft back. The phone feels solid unlike the poor construction of HTC or Samsung. Excellent call quality and reception. Battery life during the day is probably 70 to 80% that of an iPhone. Ex:- If you use 4G and GPS navigation in the car while charging with the car charger it only maintains the charge and there is no actual increase in battery charge. That is the amount of drain by the dual-core processors! Lightning fast processor and Internet speeds. Excellent screen, mediocre camera. Android gingerbread still has some issues with a few demanding apps. Had the phone freeze on me a couple of times. Never did an Apple freeze in my usage before. All in all 8.5 out of 10.

I love everything about the Droid Bionic, the the call log needs to be expanded where more of our calls can be saved, at this time it holds less the 30 days of call,

Error on spec:
CPU is 32bit Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 @1000MHz with integrated PowerVR SGX 540 GPU... so it's not a NVIDIA tegra2 chipset !
(as previously said by pmousetail)
Note: the GSM version should be available in October (2011)

if your are wanting to buy a powerful phone thats from Motorola but want to go Europe. then The Motorola Photon 4g, i mean its literally neck and neck with this phone. (minus a bonus sd card_but it has a slot for one, and 720P recording instead of 1080P-not sure is firmware software can change that). Photon is cdma and gsm. And its a nice design different then all the phones out now . Any phone you choose just make sure you check out xda-developers for unlocking the true power of any droid phone

This is my first android phone...coming from a Blackberry and I have to say that I'm having some major withdrawal issues...was used to my BB's organization style, but this is definitely 10x's faster, especially in 4G...amazing! I've been researching and waiting for this Bionic for months but it has turned out to be a Major disappointment though with the 8mp camera...I was expecting a whole lot better. Horrible pictures! My BB actually took much better pics by far...BIG BIG disappointment. Plus I think Moto could do a better job of highlighting and providing instructions for organization tasks, such as setting up calendars and email accounts. I still have 5 days before I decide if I'm actually going to keep this one...kind of "iffy" at this point though.

Had my Bionic for about 1 week now.
Pros)
1. Speed is great
2. software works very good w/ no issues as of yet.
3. Better execution, software and UI compared to Droid X.
4. 1080P is awesome for video.
Cons)
1. Don't like the weak specs on VGA front camera for SKYPE/TANGO etc.
2. Battery life could be improved even w/ battery saver function.

Droid Bionic speakerphone is HALF DUPLEX making the phone almost useless for a business conference call with multiple attendees. Other than that phone is excellent. I have had many android phones and now have the Verizon iPhone 4 which outshines all android phones that I have used (droid1, droidx, HTC incredible and HTC thunderbolt.
