Techno Droid, 08 Nov 2015Does it get hot while charging? How much it costs you to ... moreYes, sometimes it get hot. But it is considerably hot after playing hd games for hours. I feel concerned about its performance and shut it off for a couple of minutes.

What i think is that this device is though droid maxx, but running on droid ultra motherboard.

Brought from e bay ,but not of quality. Speaker and receiver problem from first the begening. No service centre .Never buy u s product, as no service available.

Verizon has changed option other than CDMA services.
I doubt very much we getting 5.1 on our Droid Maxx.

Sorry for the delay in response as I don't sit often on gsmarena. For sure the Samsung original charger is fine. Your Maxx would now be up in 3 hours time from say 10%?
I did not get the other question about battery!!

It's output is 2 amperes. Is it ok? As far as the battery is concerned, it doesn't look maxx. it looks as if it has a slightly better battery as compared to other smartpones.

Best phone in its class...beats LG G pro in antutu benchmark results with more than 4000 points on stock rom. LG G pro is quad core and this phone is dual core.
Excellent battery timing and you can easily get 36 hours on moderate use.
Downsides are,
Camera is not so good.
No SD card slot.
No root method yet.

I have a droid maxx and just got an update the other night. But when I went to do the update, it bricked my phone. It rebooted and then got stuck on the red eye. It does move and pulse, but will not go past that. What could be the prob and how do I fix it?

I have this phone along with CA201L
Overall this device is better. But 3500mAh battery doesn't looks real. Battery life good only on the first time use. After few months it doesn't feel like 3500mAh. It feels like normal device with normal battery
It like this Droid Maxx but no Root option? For me Android must can be rooted and tweaked!
BUt if u feel good without root access this phone is GREAT

Dear: CPU Z app is great but what i observed is that it tells battery capacity of every mobile (or 95%) mobiles wrong. You should not rely on that information. if you don't believe me, try using this app on any other device :)

Hi guys, why my droid maxx battery in cpu z is 2130mah, i believe this droid maxx not ultra.
What can be different between maxx and ultra? In about phone my phone describe droid maxx.

Try this go into safe mood if your mobile can go in safe mode. Google the button combinations to go in safe mode. In safe mode if your camera works fine then there is some third party app that is tampering with your camera. go to google market and install "last install apps" or search it. After installing this app you can see line by line which apps you have installed in last few days. Uninstall them one by one and check if your camera works. If this ain't work. You need to reset your mobile. Hope this helps you.
