Can any one help me to resolve the issue of service unavailable during the web searching and playing the video on internet.

I received a new DROID MAXX XT1080M 1 week ago and have the same issue, the rear camera is not recognized. The phone is running android 4.4.4 with all current updates. The Motorola Camera app only works with front camera and does not give me the option to switch to rear camera. I contacted the Motorola support chat this morning and went through various options including deleting data/cache from the Camera app, deleting all app setting and finally a complete factory reset. I have removed all apps that were not factory installed and I have tried booting in safe mode.
I love the phone but I really need the camera to work.
Does anyone have any further suggestions

Can anyone tell me does it supports 4g lte...i am using warid network and have 4g sim....but dont know how it works.....kindly let me know....thanks...
