I have a Motorola DROID RAZER HD and the other day i saw a QUESTION MARK SYMBOL displayed on the battery.And today marks the second time am seeing it,i bought a new battery and it has happened again,i can neither charge it nor use it.Am really troubled here please any HELP

To upgrade to lollipop (5.0) or marshmallow (6.0), flash cyanogenmod(CM13 for marshmallow) to your phone. plenty of how to guides out there to help you do it! GL! :D

dansaurayi, 18 Mar 2016please i have a droid razr hd how i can update lollipop ???No update from Motorola. The only way is root your phone, you find the instruction on www.xda.com. cm12 is the lollipop version from cyanogenmod

USM, 01 Apr 2015kindly some one tell how can start internet through sim I have had the XT926 for 18months and have had no problems. I use this phone for work everyday and it really is built tough. Hint: Stop the bloatware Verizon installed and the phone will run great. Music plays great. Movies are good on the screen. Internet is good as well. Wi-fi runs good. No complaints on this phone. Would definately buy anothet Motorola phone. Love them!

The other day I must have been temporarily insane because I spent $500 on a new Motorola .
Nothing but problems , it's going back for an iPhone 6S ASAP !

Thomas, 04 Oct 2015Why is that if put in sim tells you is from an unknown sourceof course it should write that because Verizon is it's carrier. so, when you put another Sim it says that. but that doesn't affect anything, the phone is still amazing. arguably the best phone I have ever used. good phone

It is a nice addition to motorola family its awesome but
Can anyone help me out, i am using refurbished version of it and cant use hotspot and usb tethering, i am using in Pakistan so that is obvious none verizone and phone prompts that it works woth verizon network onlY
