OPTION 2:
It is probably a software issue.
First, try to do a reset:
1. Turn off the phone.
2. Hold the 2 volume (+,-) buttons and press the power button (as if to put on the phone) to enter the Bootloader Menu.
3. Quickly select the "RECOVERY" option.
4. You will the "Android Logo" on a "Blue Screen" with a caution sign on it.
Now, press the volume +,- buttons at the same time. You will enter the advance menu.
5. Select the option "Wipe Data / Factory Reset". Select with the "Power Button". Press it once.
6.Press Power Button to reboot the device.

I've tried inserting different kinds of earphones in it but it does not work. Or does it only supports the original one that comes with the phone? Please someone should help.

its a nice phone im using it from 1 year battery gets hot in certain time, but cam and sound out put is awesome

I have purchased xt926 one week ago no doubt it is very good cell I am enjoying to use it.Any one know how I upgrade it from Jelly bean to Kitkate, when I am going to do this a message appears at the time of installation of updates that Sim Card from unknown source.Kindly fix it....
