The only problem with this phone is its frequency difference with the wifi router in countries other than US. Recently, this set has been imported by various asian markets and the users are facing hanging problem. If you turn off your wifi then use this phone with almost any application and you wont see it hanging. I am using this phone atm.

dont buy . you cant check your credit it will show you ussd code running , every app stuck , features are good , but as soon as you will connect to wifi download it will stuck like hell , so what is the use if you cannot use wifi , battery life is also very poor only bck camera is good , nothing good dont waste ur money

for setting ringtones,download es file explorer and go to the sound settings when you touch the ringtone, it will redirect you to the es file explorer where you will choose your tone

moto droid razor is a very comfortable cellphone but it's functions and internal look should be upgraded more...

This phone is not horrible, but the worst one so far. Once it freezes, you can never escape since the battery is not removable (unless you could turn it off with the power button). Data is fast, camera quality is above average, thin phone, large screen, but that's about it for the pros. Pretty much the appearance.
Once you connect this phone to a PC or charge it that way, it will mess up big time. System will randomly turn off though it's on 25% or something else. If this phone has been messed up and turned off for more than a week, it probably won't turn back on. Verizon couldn't fix it.
