em using this set since 1 week and em loving it

working really fast never ever hang

About last wk i got this brand of android & i love its art of style but 3nights ago it start to hang,restarts,heat up warmly and finally 2nights ago it went commatose.i charged the battery for hours still no signal of powering phone my xt912 remain dead any rescue?

i have this phone and i must commend its extreme features, both hardware and software. however it is established that DROID RAZR X912 is now ready to upgrade to android version 4.4.2 kitkat. i want help on how to do this upgrade, a step by step approach since the ota does not work.
