This is the worst phone ever you can't even play basic games on it without glitching for example i tried to click on versus run which is made by ketchapp and it just kept glitching was really slow then it said google play is not responding and this happens about every single day. so whatever you do do not buy this phone just pay a little extra and by the iphone or then samsung galaxys it was a mistake not to be made

Rashid, 02 Jun 2016I forgot my security password,how can I unlock it?turn off your phone and go to recovery mode by pressing vol down + vol up + power button abaout 3 seconds than chose recovery by volume down and select by volume up
and than select wipe data/factory reset (it will erase all your aplication but not for internal storage )
