To answer your question about the usability of this phone in other markets, the answer is yes... As long as it-s GSM and you see the 4 bands (frequebcies, 8xx-19xx mhz) you can be fairly well assured that it CAN be used worldwide. Now to be sure, goto your country in google's search engine and ask gsm in xxx country. You'll get a frequency listing that should be up/to/date. Compare that with the phone-s frequency, and you'll be able to sate your own curiosity.

Compared to gs2, this is faster in terms of web browsing, however its task manager is a little cumbersome, and id prefer touchwiz over motorolas OS

i have had a go with this unit. some flaws that i have come across. motorola's gallery is very sluggish. to pinch to zoom on pictures is just very slow. the 8mp camera is not gonna get any praises from me. the 5mp on the galaxy nexus is superb. the pictures on the razr on max settings just looks grainy. the browsing experience is very good. but, playing hd video in browser experiences stutter. cant compare it to the galaxy nexus as the flash support isnt available for ics yet. overall the feel of the phone is very good. very solid. that kevlar back is just to die for. had the phone freeze on me a couple of times. it uses a micro sim for those who do not know. and not being able to pull the battery out when the phone messes up is gonna be a pain. although, when the unit froze it restarted itself all the time. about call quality. that is another test that i will do today.
