Sunshine, 11 Jan 2016This by far is the worst phone I have ever owned. First pho... moreI've dropped my phone twice, both without a case on - scuffed up the corners (even dented) - but the screen didn't even crack. Motorola even warranties a screen replacement on this model if you crack it - but I haven't been able to.

I've had the Droid Turbo since June 2015 and initially loved it. I had it protected in an Otter Box Commuter case before it even left the store. Within a couple months I started having trouble with the speaker. Regardless of the type of notification tune I chose it sounded crackly. It eventually would misinterpret commands given through the speaker and others listening to me during a conversation using the speaker found it difficult to understand me. I contacted Verizon and was advised that they would replace my phone which was great! Befoee i could get the replacement my dcreen randomly cracked! This had never happened to me before! I was outraged since it was in an Otter box case! However since I had previously reported the problem with the speaker to Verizon they agreed to replace the phone anyway. I also contacted OtterBox and received an upgraded Defender Series Case so as to prevent this screen cracking issue from happening again. I have since received my replacement phone and its been inside my new Defender case. Unfortunately the speaker started acting up again. However I didn't report it right away because it was really just an annoyance and hadn't started preventing me from making calls or giving commands to the phone yet. This morning I noticed my screen is cracked yet again. It is not been dropped or thrown or anything placed on top of it. It has a visible crack beneath the protective screen of the Defender case. How can this be?! I have never cracked a screen on a cell phone and here I have managed to crack 2 in less than 6 months! At this point Verizon doesn't want to replace it because I have already taken advantage of the one time screen replacement option and Asurion wants $149 deductible. Since it has now happened twice, could there be an issue with the screen durability? The screen cracking when inside the heavy duty case??! What is wrong with this picture? Has anyone else had screen cracking issues with Motorola phones or the Droid Turbo speçifically?

Please do not let this neg review discourage you from the Turbo. I don't think a Verizon rep. would or could say anything neg. even if they wanted to.

The turbo by all reviews is the best built phone on the market, longest battery and many other pluses. Let the review by this person sway you. The turbo is one of the best on the market. Please read all reviews before deciding. You will not be disappointed. Just don't go around dropping the phone, for that matter any phone. Sunshine needs to stick with a flip phone

just got the turbo after having a droid razor, and i must say I'm not impressed. you can't use the net when on the phone (voice call) it seems like every time they come out with a new phone it does less and less out of the box. they want you to get apps and pay extra $$$. you'd think as technology progresses you'd be able to do more and customize your phone as you'd like it WITHOUT having to get all sorts of apps. not to mention the last phone I had before the birth of apps, and smart phones had about 100 ringtones on it and not just the crap ones that you get from the factory these days.

Lol :) i own this phone and i love this phone. I had droid maxx i dropped that couple of times but it didn't make me repent. Now, turbo is an upgrade from maxx for me and the i believe it's not lesser in quality than maxx if not better than maxx. Pardon my English.

This by far is the worst phone I have ever owned. First phone screen went blue purple. Replaced at store. Second was dropped and cracked screen and now is blue purple also. This phone does not and will not withstand bumps or drops...the most fragile and non durable phone ever. By the way I had a case and the screen glass protector didnt help. Very disappointed since now I'm on a 3rd one and still paying a monthly payment til 2017..what a racket...never again!!

The droid turbo is the worst cell phone I ever owned and I rely on my cell for work apps and personal. Since I got it in March 2015, it has had major issues and a replacement phone, wipe and repair asst didn't do much of anything. My carrier even finally admitted the problems with this phone exceed any other high end phone. My old droid was awesome amazing for over a year... Until KitKat, which absolutely destroyed it. So I got a turbo and it was worse. Poor reception where I normally have no problems at home...refusing to recognize WiFi, inability to send email or data on WiFi. No mobile apps while on phone. Intermittent blue tooth connectivity issues, can't handle more than one Bluetooth device(car/headset) causing both to fail, and following the lolipop update which I was told would help...it didn't, the battery drain became severe. Now suddenly my phone was dying by 4pm when it used to last nearly 18 hours? Unacceptable. I finally agreed to a complete factory wipe which was promised would fix. Nope. My 16 year olds Samsung g5 will send up satellites in my office with a 4g and 4 bar signal but my droid t is no g and one or two bars?. No thanks and never again after three droids and 3 years I'm done and you will be too. I loved the idea of this phone, its original speed, screen and camera, but problems affecting the usability and reliability aspects effected by business, customers got frustrated with my choppy signal (metro Boston), boss complained at work and for a $300/month carrier family plan, its just unacceptable from the updates that are not major bug free to processes that extend the pain and test patience beyond limits. For 10 months I struggled. I hope the turbo 2 apps and os will do right by you all. For me, I'm out.

This is an extra ordinary phone. I love it. I have ordered my Qualcomm 2.0 quick charger. It's not from Motorola but it's from reliable source. Tronsmart quick charger. I would receive it today or tomorrow.

I have had almost every phone out there, Samsung, Apple, HTC, Motorola. They all have their flaws, however the Droid Turbo at the moment is the best on the market. Apple manufactures nice phones but not worth the ongoing expenses that go along with Apple and the cost of their phones, Samsung makes some of the cheapest quality phones there is, Plastic ! in 2015, come on.
The Turbo has one of the simplest O.S. out there, Battery life beats them all, period! the build quality is 100% better than any,The display is better, Camera is great for the average user and if its not get a camera ,not a phone to take pictures. The only minor issue is the sound quality, but like I said its minor. If you are like 80% of the population who wants a great overall phone this is a great choice. If you are a person who wants to keep up with the Jone's then choose Apple or worst yet, Samsung. Samsung however does make good kitchen appliances, if you want a refrigerator, stove or dishwasher.

When be avalaible and supported in Europe?

It's i think one of the best of motorola's phones, beacouse of:
-4 microphones with noise cancellation with using Moto Voice (touhless control), Crystal Talk changes your phone into communicative ROBOT.
-customisable google now launch phrase (instead of saying stupid "ok google now")
-turbo and quick wireless charging, car wireless charging - forget usb port breaks
-many brands of LTE makes it truely international mobile,
-great battery, monster CPU with langauge processor,
                                        -clean Android without lags
-the best display on the market
-solid body as an alternative for Galaxy's shit

and only one disadvantage: no SD card slot.
