No help from Verizon Motorola or best buy. All blame someone else. Can't get a replacement unless I fork over up front 500.00 to Motorola. The turbo is garbage with a horrible battery and a non working camera. I have a complaint out to the attorney generals office. This company is despicable.

The best phone I've ever owned and could ever have asked to own. I don't know what the critics are so critical about, must be butthurt that the Moto Droid's specs SMASHES all of the competition, hands down. I can go 3 days without even worrying if I will need to charge it, and that's with using it and playing games throughout my day. The GPS works great and resolves quick. And I love a screen that is so high resolution I can't see any pixels. 300DPI is considered print quality for publishing books with pictures, I never thought I'd see a cell phone with nearly twice that quality! Anyone who would choose any other phone is making a big mistake! But that's ok, someone has to keep Apple in business so that Microsoft isn't busted up under the Anti-Trust act...

Sucker , 25 Apr 2015The most awful product ever. Does not have basic functions ... moreWell, i don't know if it's useless, considering the feedback and userbase. It has certain things Samsung and iPhone lack, and is lacks certain things that Samsung and iPhone have.

Love the screen with 565ppi density Qhd display. No otg for an expensive phone. The red one from the back appeared like asus zenfone 6.

This phone is perfect but its secondary camera should be at-least 8MP then i would have bought it.

Very hard for this lady to operate not knowing a lot about smart phones. If I could get rid of the darned LOCK on the screen I would be a lot happier and not have to power it up every time I want to use it- wonderful! All in all, great picture quality, nice size screen for viewing, but fading away when I need to use it on & off during the day--NOT MY FAV QUALITY!! Needs more instructions for basically a beginner smart phone (lover of tech)person in her upper 70's (very upper!!!!)----- I would be in deep do do if I have to call 911 suddenly with what I have to do on this phone to make it work. Going to the store for instructions I guess!

Johnny, 10 Apr 2015I thought this would be an awesome fun the droid turbo I ha... moreI don't know dude... I come from the iPhone myself. Aside of the idea that Apple decides what I can and cannot do/see on their products, I find my Turbo 64MB is fast, smooth and takes incredible pictures. I live on my phone for business and it's way more of a tool to me than the iPhone ever was. Speech recognition speed, data access, and screen size is a perfect blend between size and one-handed usability, etc. IPhone is cool, to be sure, but more in the gadget category than productivity category.
Even my wife, who is the most technological illiterate person you'll ever meet, likes the Turbo I recently got her better, which really surprised me. I always looked at Apple products to be perfect for people who have no clue about computers or technology in general.
I honestly think, and I mean this in the nicest possible way, that people who complain about the Turbo have it either set up wrong or messed it up somehow.
My experience with two Turbos mirrors the specs that are to date unmatched by any other phone. If there were a better phone I would have it.
Like I said... Just my experience and thoughts.

I thought this would be an awesome fun the droid turbo I hate hate hate the iPhone you can't do anything with them the worst ever I'll have only only one iPhone and never again and Android is the way to go but this turbo droid is awful this is more like fraudelent it does not do what it says it will the worst phone ever and why in the world would someone pay that much for a piece of crap I have had a lot of droids and they are great phones but something about this one I don't like the fact that it does not have a SD card slot I don't like the fact that you can't take the battery out and reboot I just don't like the phone at all the only upside of the phone is the battery lasts just a little longer but not like they claim it to be it freezes up a lot so I can honestly say the iPhone and this particular droid turbo is the worst phone ever anywhere and everywhere all they want to do it this telephone so they make it look good sugar coat it I advise everyone to stay away from it if they actually want a good phone grab a galaxy ....

Hated the Droid Turbo. Went from an I-Phone 4S to the Droid because I was sold on it by my service provider that it is the best phone on the market. Not In My Eyes and here is why:
Could not get Corporate email to properly send emails. I was only able to get work emails on the phone. Was advised I need to wipe everything on phone and start over. Didn't work. Never had an issue with the Iphone.
Sometimes could not hear caller but they could hear me. Service provided said I have to turn Bluetooth off every time I get out of my car in order to hear incoming calls. Really?? Not with the Iphone.
Moving around the operations of the Droid usually took 2 to 3 moves more than the Iphone to do what you want to do. IPhone short cuts are the best!!
Battery life not what they claim but I will say it did last longer than any Iphone I have used.
"wave over" sensor to bring screen up out of "sleep" or "off" mode was a pain in the you know what. If I was talking on the phone in the car hands free the screen would go blank and when you were done with the call the phone screen went away and you could not physically turn the call off unless you went back into the call screen. Very annoying and irritating to say the least. I always like to make sure my calls are disconnected and its as simple as picking up the Iphone and clicking on the red "call end" button.
So with out any hesitation I got rid of the Droid Turbo and got a Iphon6 and it was the best decision I have ever made with cell phone choices.
Best advice - If you are an Iphone user do not go to the Droid, stay with the Iphone and just upgrade to a newer model.
