The phone is ok but,the battery life is poor.There's no Radio fm,and the size of memory card only 256 mb.It so small man!!

i am phone seller...comparing tis phone and 6680...i guess it its kind a ok....but 6680 has alot of features.....sold 8 6680 units and oni 4 motorola e 1000...haizz still haf one...and it oni cost rm 1100....with full set with box ....haha

Copy java games directly to the phone. Cannot connect to the x:\mobile\kjava folder through windows as advised by 'notme'. Any other suggestions on how to copy games directly to teh phone. Other than that, very happy with the phone, a bit heavy & battery life not great but video calling and sound quality are excellent.

does anyone know of a good place to get this phone since its last production date was in 2004? And how does one go about getting repairs for this phone if the manufacturer warranty expired? I'm trying to decide between this one and Motorola V8. Please reply soon ;)

To put in a java game copy it to a memory card into the x:\mobile\kjava hiden folder then install it in the phone.
You can get to the folder by typing it into the adress line of windows window.

It works with a 512 microsd card and plays stereo mp3, mp4, 3gp and wma.

I've read that the supported size for the external memory card is 256 MB.

I want a suggesition what is the compactable memory card in E1000, I put 512mb card , but my phone is not detecting the memory card.if any body knows about that please let me know.

This phone is rubbish the battery dose not last long at all and it is very heavy and the videos don't always work properly

It's indeed a great fon, I dunno abt others' unit, mine doesn't switch off itself when it's charging... good for me! :)
vivid display, beautiful stereo sound system... Seriously, whatever u want in a fon, u can find it in motorola e1000. i give it 10/10

Man... I don't get it... The phone picks up my Network (T-Mobile) and the phone works with the network in my area, but sometimes disconnects itself and when I make a phone call, it never goes through and sometimes the network disconnects at that point too... What is wrong and what should I do?

My E1000 front camera suddenly cannot function.Many green lines appeared.Can someone tell me what is the problem?The back camera works O.K.Thanks.

How about MP3 Player in Motorola E1000? I mean that is it only mono? With the hands-free headset in the sales packet I can hear the sound only in other earphone. But the loudspeakers are stereo? Or do I only need to buy an accessory stereo earphones?

a great phone to me! Although it's a little bit inferior when compared to nokia 6680 but the spec is sufficient for normal usage!
just a little problem, the battery life...
it makes me hesitate to buy it, you know... it's quite troublesome to charge everyday...
just wonder is there any battery of higher capacity in the market available for this phone...

this phone is awesome i would kinda consider it as an update of the c975 and for the person who said nokia is still the best i disagree because nokia has no style and no special features its all too boring like the new nokia 6101 is to plain and stupid for it has no memory extension and only 4 mb...........

is there a replacement batery for this phone on the market? one that lasts longer...cuz i'm gettin' tired of charging it every night!!!
for some nokia phones i heard that apeared polymher batery....or something like that...a batery that makes a 3410 last for 2 weeks on a regular use.
