No such problem with the MP3! I've got more than 30 songs stored in my 128MB T-flash memory card and it sounds genuine! Trust me! Maybe your MP3 file is corrupted or wat, otherwise you wont have to experience this.

Hey Guys I have a question... I heard rumors saying that the E398's MP3 player isnt so good, 'cause after u listen (sometimes not even 4 or 6 musics) to an entire playlist in a roll, the mp3 player stucks, and the phone also stucks.... is that true?

got this fone for a few weeks now... the internal memory is too small and the reaction when txting is too slow... it even hangs sometimes...

5 songs????? maybe you stored it on the phone memory. use the memory card!!!! bad game????? why not upload new games. not up to the task eh? read !!!!slow??? modd it to V398MP . great phone only if you know how hehehehehe

I think Its better than SE K700 on all features, except the graphic. E398 Mp3 Player is better than SE K700 player. Test it yourself. About USB port not compatible with XP SP2. It have the solution, find the driver and read motohack-bible. I Use XP SP2 and i can change my E398 like what i want.

This phone may look very pretty on the outside but.....slow, unreliable,big,o.k..sound quality, only stores up to 5 songs maxwhen having 30 pics taken at regular pixels, and it also has the worst games that i have ever seen. The pinballs ait but the car game might look awesome, but its not tempting at all. Don't buy this phone. If you want it its free with a $180 rebate out in queens now. Just try and pick a flyer up. Thats all...

hi buddies.. i am from india.. bought this phone at 10000Rs..(220 US $)..i am very happy for the price i have paid.. however i am unsatisfied with the usb cable feature.. i have windows XP SP2 and windows 2003 server edition installed on my computer..the phone usually gets detected easily no issues till this point..but the usb cable behaves abruptly..once the phone gets connected i get the meesage "disconnect the cable from the phone".. i hardly disconnect the phone at this stage coz it works fine and shows the removable drive in My computer.. but if you give a slight touch to the cable the connection interrupts.. i again have to start from the beginning ..so buddies if you are siemens mobile user who frequently uses usb cable feature then this phone is nothing compared so siemens phone..usb cable is very sensitive for moto E398..i request you guys to put your expirience regarding sensitivity of the usb cable for moto e398 in data transfer issue.

this phone is absoulutely GREAT! it has nice colour display n a very clear camera. it has two mini stereo speakers which r really fantastic! to top it off, it has bluetooth technology. great job, motorola!

Moto E398 is obviously the BEST choice mate. there's soooo much in favour of this phone over those 2 other phones you've mentioned.
the T630 is a joke cannot even be compared to this. cif camera, 2MB memory...the T630 is at least 2 or 3 levels below this phone. same goes for K500. just 12MB of limited memory no bluetooth nothing.
where as this one has got bluetooth much better VGA camera. mp3 player with the best phone speakers in a phone! it has expandable memory and the phone comes with a 64MB card in the sales package. there is a flash light for the camera.and with the software CDs you get in the package you can do soo much more.even little things like being able to trasfer all your sms messages to your pc makes a big difference. this has an excellent speakerphone and the reception is sooooo much better than any SE phone. and finally it is free of all those bugs and inherent crappy software problems that you always have on SE phones! to top it all off you also have the cute rhythm lights that light up the phone splendidly.
im sure there are other things ive missed out. in short the 2 SE phones cannot even be compared to this one mate as those 2 phones are at least a league or 2 below this phone.

Hello, I was wondering also if the phone works in the USA. I live in texas and am T-Mobile subscriber. Would there also be any trouble with the SMS Text and Pic Messaging or the Internet WAP use? This phone seems like a really good deal and affordable.
