Anyone used it yet? its cheap for a 3g phone.
If anyones tried it id like to know is camera any good for taking photos and video?
how long does battery last? very important
can you play java games on it?
Will it work on 2g if you don't have 3g coverage?

mmm I don't think motorola is seeking self destruction here by launching the E770. Sure it's functions are not the most up to date, but IMO it serves as an alright budget 3g phone - especially for people who are interested in switching from 2g to 3g but not ready to spend too much money. In order for 3g to become widespread, lower tier phones like this should be present in the market. If motorola is making a grave mistake here, that shouldn't nokia be condemed as well for launching the 1110?

This is a UMTS phone of the same size as E398. One of the smallest UMTS phones around!

is motorola plagued by the same mindset that caused the downfall of the siemens mobile division? old vga camera, 65k colors, 2-hour battery?

the battery seems to last for very short time. no secure to use this phone outside of charging area.
hope the motorola can come up with better battery .
