Coming from a Moto G 5G Plus mainly because of it´s huge dimensions.
Of course this one feels great in hands and yes the display is really immersive with it´s edgless borders. It must be device the one of the most immersive screen experience phones in the market.
Too soon to give a proper feedback, let you know it the next weeks

I didn't need a new phone, I just wanted one. My Moto Z4 worked just fine and nothing was wrong with it, but when I saw the special promotion for the Edge on Best Buy, I had to go for it. At 6G of RAM and 256G of internal memory (plus expandable memory), this was too good to pass up. The fact that it's a 5G phone makes it that much better, I can now get a signal ANYWHERE. The Edge display took a minute to get used to, but it wasn't that difficult. Truth be told, this is the type of phone I wanted YEARS ago when other companies like Samsung were making edgeless, bezel-less displays, but I'm glad I waited. I'm usually pretty loyal to a brand if I like it, and I'm glad Motorola made it possible.

I received an invitation to purchase this phone at a reduced sale price and am I glad I did! I do not understand the negative remarks being stated as I found this phone to be a nice addition to Motorola's line-up as well as a viable competitor in the ever expanding smartphone marketplace. The cost of phones seems to be growing exponentially so when a sale comes along on a product I want to try I usually jump all over it and thoroughly test/use the phone before casting any negative opinions. Overall for the price I paid I find this phone to be on equal footing with the big guys and probably the best Motorola phone I've owned (10) and/or tested, sold. I like the "feel" in my hand for a 6.7in display it is very sleek, easily slides into my pocket. Setting this up from new is very quick especially if you have a Android Cloud based backup or simply using google to "setup my new device". In this case I went from a Samsung Galaxy A51 to the Edge and was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Does this phone have any "Cons" yes but too few to mention or keep someone from purchasing. Perhaps in other countries it is rather expensive, I don't know, I do know that talk, text, camera, and everyday usage is great. I experienced no issues and overall like this device. I guess for others you can just chalk up to bad luck.

I received the email blitz to buy this phone in advance and it continually said things like "5G" and "all carriers". Turns out the Edge will not work on Verizon's form of 5G, only the EdgePlus that Verizon sells will.

This has one beautiful screen, in screen fingerprint that's pretty fast (fastest I've tried), enough power and clean android. Edge screen is something I hated on Samsung phones but never bothered me on this device, never clicked something becouse of it. Also the battery is really good and charges up fast. Camera is excellent but yes could be better, don't really use camera much. This is the best deal in my country if your don't go for something cheaper but uglier and so. The only phone I could compare with is iPhone 11. IPhone 11 is stil a bit more expensive (base model). And you get sooo much more buying this phone instead. I'm not regretting getting this and sold my boring as iPhone 11. But hey not everyone can like this. Its always a preference. Also compared to the iphone 11, the longer screen feels more compact then holding the iPhone 11. So it doesn't feel to big.

Harsh Rastogi, 20 Jun 2020At the price range of 75K not a good deal to have unless yo... moreFirst off, you must be just throwing away money. No one with the rigth brain pay almost twice the money for a oneplus. Yes that's how much more you need to pay. In my money this phone cost 6990 and the one plus)8 pro is 12490. So who no edge is much more worth.

Motorola phones have always been excellent in everything except cameras. Not sure why Motorola thinks it is a good idea to cut corners on cameras, the cost should have already been lowered by using a midrange SoC.
Cut corners on build quality, waterproof certification, RAM/storage capacity, extras such as wireless charging. Never cut corners on cameras, battery and display.
With better cameras, Motorola will easily compete better.
