Time and again, of course they will not fix Miracast. But, now when I am playing YouTube videos in chrome browser in full screen mode, left side remain blank and picture cutting exactly same size from right side. Jesus, these are big Motorola crooks. I bought this phone only due to stock Android. However, they have installed some apps like facebook, YouTube, YouTube music and some others too. Chip supporting 64mp camera but these crooks fitted 108mp camera. If these all are not nonsense then what it is?

We are expecting Android 13 update. When I bought this phone, it was loaded with Android 11. We got Android 12, but Motorola never fixed Miracast support, however we raised this issue with Motorola and they told us they will raise this issue with developers and hope this would be fixed in coming updates. In chromocast, due to location ON and network ON, sucks battery. Other companies like Samsung, Xiaomi etc. provide support for Miracast (Screen Sharing/Screen cast to TV) without location and hotspot. Where is need of location and internet when we want to play phone's video on the TV? If, this will not be fixed by Motorola in Android 13 then this would be my last Motorola phone. We can compromise screen brightness quality in sunlight not visible but we cannot compromise with Miracast support feature.

What about Edge 20 Lite? It should be cheaper than Edge 20 Fusion as their only difference is the Lite having the lower clocked(more battery efficient) Dimensity 720 but everything else should be the same.
Maybe go for other manfacturers but strictly avoiding gimped midrange socs like the SD695 from qualcomm or the Dimensity 930 from MediaTek that are hardware locked to 1080p only.

It is currently on sale for 315 aid but ... moreYeah, but spec & feature wise it does better with pretty good 90hz oled display, HDR10+, good camera & 32mp selfie cam, can record or playback upto 4k which the newer motos cannot & are lock down to 1080p besides their flagships.
Just be sure its brand new & maybe ask for more discount from seller to make it lower than 300 since its more than 1 year old.

I am looking for a phone with a 1tb sdcard slot... Doesn't have to be a gaming phone just good for music...

By the way! Does any Moto Edge 20 Fusion users knows if the micro sd card can work on the handset with the capacity as large as 512 Gig or even up to 1Tera Byte?

Some Motorola devices require a SIM card to be present for updates to be downloaded I believe, so give that a shot if you're having trouble updating.
