Most of us don't need even more than 64GB but If you do serious video production or photography then you won't buy mid range phone. There's plenty of other choices with better cameras and storage.

If You need more ... moreSorry, but you're quite obtuse to comment on how people use their phones just because your use pattern is from a decade ago. 256gb isn't even enough room for my work files. Living in the cloud isn't an option and shouldn't be a requirement to effectively use a phone. Memory is cheap. Card storage is even cheaper.
If they want me to replace my Note with their phone, they need to treat it like it's not an LG Stylo, because with non upgradeable 256gb, it's low end midgrade and a no go.
Shame, I was looking forward to ditching Samsung. I also don't see any info about ant+. Just another item in the laundry list of things mfg's are ditching for no reason other than greed at the user's expense. It's a joke. Everything they remove or gimp is to make you pay for something else. No headphone jack sells more BT headsets because there's no profit in corded headphones. No health sensors or ant+, buy smart watches and Bluetooth smart sensors. Gimp the memory, spend an exorbitant amount on larger built in storage versions or spend more on cloud storage which isn't ideal. Or don't even offer the ability for larger storage and limit your audience. Don't do that and call it a Pro model though.

Such a big phone and given the "Pro" moniker, yet no tele camera? Limited to 256GB max storage when there's no SD card expansion. Failed on arrival in my books!

A clearly downgrade from Motorola Edge 20 Pro. We go back we don't advance. New moto moto :))) with the 40 pro you will not recive touchscreen
