Samsung devices do always have bloatware so they doesn't perform optimally especially if they come with a weak chipset or less RAM. Motorola choose not to have much of that with this device, hence why it performs faster even on a mid range chipset. Not to mention the device is stock android.

Very good phone and very good price, good display 144hz is so fast and very saturated colours on screen now with android 15 everything is perfectly optimized and battery is very good i change the phone until 77% and still got. All day battery to work you can compare this phone with Samsung A55 and better then any Seamus A clase from 2023 i will go with 9,5/10

Mines updated to Android 15 last week. Anyhow else living in Trinidad or Latin America should get the update at least at the same time.

Anyone in Europe Received for Edge 40 Neo Android 15 with New Hello Moto Ui . On the website appears it's available from 22 May 2025 the new Update Software ! Edge 40 not received nothing for the moment! It's June 2025 and No Android 15 yet!
Very hard it's Moving Lenovo! This is my last Edge divace Moto!
I don't buy any Moto from Now!

Example I want to sell Edge 40 and received maximum 70 Euro and the phone it's like New! I choose don't Sell because it's very powerfu,have aluminum frame l and have beautiful display and design!

-size up a little bit sistem font, it is a very small
-make customization for navigation tasters so customer can choose weather "back" is on the left or right side ( somebody already write that huawei phones has than option), just option to swap nav tasters.

When will Motorola make that left handed customers can choose to swap navigation tasters ( link option that Huawei phones has), with some software updates. That would be very helpfull.

We can have a Open Source Gallery like Goodwy Right Gallery or a Encrypted Gallery Stingle Photo,you can't change the Dialer from Google with Right Dialer! You cam use more independent Application like Proton , Example VPN or Mullvad VPN , Secure Mail PGP ( Pretty good Privacy). Secure Calendar Encrypted, and Proton Drive Encrypted and Drop all garbage big G Services!!! You can use Standard Notes power by Proton , a Open Source Authenticator Offline for protect your Accounts, Use Signal for protect your Privacy , Organic Maps instead to Google Maps!
The phone it's a beauty light slim compact and the colors Pantone are really cool!
