Anonymous, 06 Sep 2024Thanks how camera ….fast charge it’s ok anyhow top upTough one. If I look at battery performance (which is very important to me) then definitely the Edge 50. If I look at the major update support (also very important but not blocking if not so elaborated) then I would say the Pixel one. In terms of build quality, screen and look and feel both are very good. Don't know if that helps you.

Fast enough for me. And about the camera I am very satisfied with what is taken, also the pics taken in low light. On the other hand I might not be the person to ask this as I'm not at all a photo savvy guy. If it's good enough on my phone's screen then it's fine. If it's like crap then not of course.

They use snapdragon in G84 yet lower in this odd. That will be it’s failing and that price sorry I’d buy a flagship heck god forbid even apple be better

            Spigen & Ringke (although good quality) are 10x the price compared to the those off the shelf Chinese alternatives 😂

              Not really a con, but... I do wish Spiegen would release Liquid Air case for this phone. Limited accessories can be a bummer.

That's why I suggest not to expect a seamless experience on any Pixel series device. If they're compromising, it's the responsibility of buyers to avoid such devices, not support them and hope for the best.

                  For the Motorola, try to ask them for a refund for the extra amount you paid for the 512GB model, or for a replacement. If you have set up your phone already, don't mind the hassle of transferring the user data to a new phone.

                          Anonymous, 31 Aug 2024We will be waiting on battery life… I can already tell you that with medium to slightly heavy use I get through the day easily. With medium usage I have around 45% battery left and with slightly heavy use I have around 20% left which is much better than my 8a. The latter also gets through the day rather easily but by the end of the day it's time to charge if you don't have time to charge in the morning (I never charge at night).

I use a sturdy case which isn't ideal for heat dissipation and even then it doesn't get really warm. Not have been worried about that till now.

My phone remains cool all the time. The usage includes a lot of online reading and streaming, some gaming but on lightweight games (so not representative for heavy gamers), social media stuff and normal interactions such as texting and calling. I'm still very happy with this purchase.

                                As Moto directly launched the phone after it was announced I think cover and screen protector makers just didn't have time to prepare.

                                I ordered cheap edge 30 neo screen protectors to wait for better ones.

Those were like the best ones. No idea why they got rid of motion sense, that was an awesome feature. For some reason now they think a temperature sensor is somehow an appropriate replacement??

                                        I have bought the Moto Edge 50 Neo in red from Motorola but they have sent me the 256gb version even though I ordered 512gb and then said that they are sorry but don't sell the bigger storage version currently. I'm not sure if I'm going to send it back or not yet. Any ideas??
