MediaTek Dimensity 9000, Exynos 2200 and Gen 1 all suffer from the same problem. Though Samsung's 4nm node is inferior to TSMC's, but there's not an earth shaking difference. It's really ARM making bad CPU's. The middle cores are really inefficient this time around, they are what's causing these problems. Also, the x2 core, the same as x1, isn't very good either. Hence, we see what we see.
And I wish Motorola were available in Pakistan. This phone would have sell like hot cakes.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is terribly inefficient. Save your money and get something with the Snapdragon 865 until Qualcomm fixes itself up.

Motorola can launch Android 12 on flagship phones but not mid-low range in December 2022 they will still launch low-end with android 11 while the garbage that nobody has the razr 2020 will receive android 12 coming out with android 9 but the one fusion that it has the same snapdragon 710 coming out with android 10 it will not receive android 12 just like the e7 plus did not receive android 11 but its brother the g play (2021) did receive android 11 just because it was released in north america
