can we watch a video on a full screen mode as i earlier used a motoL6i n thats horrible.what video n audio format does this phone support?what do u mean by A-GPS?how is sony ericsson w660i n k660??

Any One know how to MOD a linux phone.. if we do it v can change the entire base work of the phone and use our own settings like keypad lockin and keeping shortkut keys... i know some one who does it but i am not fully impresed with his woek and also fear of damaging my moble...Help...

I bought this phone yesterday...So far I quite like it... Only gripe is that there is no soft-key combination that locks the keypad? If any one of u know any locking method other than the physical slide lock key on the right, please let me know....

hey guys....i plan to buy thia ph....at first i gave my specifications and the fellow at one of the outlets gave me this and said its just great...and has a bettr battery back up than nokia n72 and 6300....and i really liked this one than n72 and 6300....so give me ur opinions.....!! [:)]

Barik, 23 Oct 2008Please tell me how to get Usb connection with linux computer? I have E6 & E8. Conect these phones to computer is just as easy as another USB devices, So do not worry. The computer will read the memory as external drive. it is very easy to opy music or video. It is the same way that you copy files from one drive to another drive,

Hi Saif.. u can get the spec of EM 30 from Wavetel (search in google)... also u can use E8 themes in this but should wait for some time as these r new phones so themes wont b avail for now... its a great phone for its price of 8200 in INDIA...

hey guys have u seen this phone's tv commercial- where a dude listens to music while checkin out a girl walking, then his gf calls? does anybody know the song? it kinda sounds like someone's tongue.. lolz. think its like "yummy" or "yum yum" or something.. its driving me crazy.

The difference is the scroll wheel and how they look once the display is off. E8 looks mysteriously without buttons or anything aside from the wheel while EM30 shows middle part of the phone. Plus, E8 is heavier and sturdier.

in my place, the philippines, rokr e8 and em30 are priced almost the same...lol...so it must be e8 thats the better buy???

Anonymous, 16 Oct 2008how about the keypads?? im from the philippines so my bigge... moreI've been using a former version of EM30, which is the ROKR E8...and it is such an amazing phone...amazing music phone, definitely a buyer and the camera is not as superior but is good to have too...by the way, i guess that the only difference between EM30 and ROKR E8 is the lack of the touch wheel and internal memory in EM30 and the rest is simply the same...ROKR E8 and EM30 both uses haptics technology, which means that all keys are touch-sensitive but responsive via minute vibrations which gives you a feeling similar to having normal keypads...when it comes to texting, it is texter-friendly i must say, i'm not having problems with it, texting is actually more convenient as you don't have to press the "virtual buttons" as hard as in a normal keypad... :-)
