hey frnds .. M plannin to buy dis phone. I feel its a gud handset. But stil i need ur opinion. Can i buy dis phone? Or shud i go for samsung galaxy ace?

a nice phone but the materials are from China & also the labor so expect A LOT OF DEFECTS!!! i bought mine a week ago and defects manifested on the 3rd and 4th day: 1)earpiece of the phone doesn't during a call, 2)vibration for receiving calls and text doesn't work, 3)selection sound doesn't work, 4)battery lasts around 5 to 6 hours with 1 hours use of wi-fi.
i'm from the Philippines & motorola has only 4 partnered service centers nationwide according to motorola staff itself. their staff don't even know what to say or do when i surrendered my defected phone to them. they even took my SD card so i had to delete everything in it(when they shouldn't). the repair takes about 2-3weeks according to their staff but i'm guessing it'll be longer than that. so now i'm just borrowing a cellphone from my brother cuz my phone is in a service and repair center.

I ... moreHey, Please dont but this fone at any cost. mainly camera quality is very cheap, china rs.1000/- mobile fotos is clarity then motorola camera which having 5mp. If motorola centers open in your ranchi then its better to rent a house near to service center. Dont waste ur money. Please go for sumsung galaxy ace its too good. Selecting the sumsung is ur choice but dont go for xt-530. i am ready to sale my mobile which is 15days old.

but the size of free space in decreases by 10mb when i have update it from 2.3.4 to 4.0.3 so i think that the ics does not require any kink of high memory space.

sony xperia tipo has ics os so how can you tell that fire xt will also get ics os. Dude ics requres more internal memory. processor is not a big thing for updation. ICS ROMhas big size more than 512mb
Am an explorer user it also hav low internal memry(512mbROM) so this year we both will not get ics updation. But we can expect it for next year.When i called customer care officer they told me that they are working for Low size ICS rom. and can expect in next year.But not sure...!
(i did'nt contact motrola custmr care but i think you people can also expect ICS for next year. contact your customer care and get right info)

i my case the back key work perfectly because i have android 2.3.5
no lag play hd game upto 1.2gb on my phone like real racing2 no lag watch the game play of some game on motorola fire xt

Not a good phone.Inspite of having a 800Mhz processor
the phone hangs frequently.Especially the back button sucks!!!!

there is more possibility that phone get ics because sony launch the phone with same processor and support the ics

see the sony xperia tipo its have same hardware and get ics but configuration is low than xt and also expensive.
motorola fire xt get ics possibly because the xperia tipo get ics on same configuration.

i have call to the Motorola service center and they have 2 service center in ranchi so its wrong that motorola have no service center in ranchi.it have service center all over india.

any Motorola help call on this number your problem definitively solve.

I couldnt get this phone in any shop, and they also told that there is no any service center in 'Ranchi'. All service centere is closed. Plz anyone sujjust me what shuld i do.
I konw i can get this mobile online or from othes state, but what about service center?
Plz anyone reply me asap.

after a lot of search i does not find any phone which suppport video call on network of 3g.they just do video call using software.
so android does not support video call on 3g network.not any phone so does not think Samsung support.
