I bought the phone-MOtorola Fire XT in October. I started using it only from december. within a month the USb/ charging port went bust. I could charge the phone only after switching it off and the USB just did not work. Still, the phone was usable.
Since it was under warranty, I gave it in the service centre. They gave it back claiming they had 'repaired' it. When I switched it on and tried to use, it not only had the SAME problem, they had also done something to the earpiece and I could only use it on speaker.
I had read its awful reviews vis-a-vis customer service....but this is just plain obnoxious.
After 4 months they have said that it is Not Repairable'....A fault that THEY introduced in the phone!
It costed me 11000 rs...down the drain.

i have try ics on neo v phone really lag flash player of phone not working well so time phone hang.apps work slow on neo v it has 1ghz processor.so i thing please wait of stable version of ics greater than 4.0.3 its really work but lags on neo v .it defiantly improve the batter backup very well.so thing about xt fire only 800mhz phone get dead on ics.

no ics for fire xt yet.but game work very well like asphalt5 shift and assisncreed pro evolution soccer of game loft of hd game work well no lack.and change the battery with luminous battery backup improves upto extry 5 hours luminous battery cost only 250 work well.phone is best at this price range work well.advice to buy 2.3.5 of jan pack.320mb ram free always greater than neo v only 250mb for neo v.

got this phone for over a week already and it works well. the only problem is the battery that drains fast. but that is normal for android phones.

best phone in this price range better than explorer game work smooth screen size is larger than expected so please go for it camera is very very good than explorer.

i have buy xt fire today from hotspot in 9500 and phone is perfect no lack game run perfect like angry bird space and raging thunder 2 and nut cracker all key work perfectly got with preinstall android 2.3.5 and its January packing phone is an some and screen is large better than explorer no lack battery backup good easily connect to pc .all application work perfectly . camera is good so suggest you to buy pack of January 2012 only.if you have any problem please email me vikaschauhan1234567@gmail.com

Anonymous, 06 May 2012press it long /hard it works...wow, thank you so much. I have pressed it really long before, but nothing happens. Then I press it hard, the camera shows. I was thinking of going back to the shop and trade it, but now not necessary :) Thanks a lot!
