hi everybody I just want to know that is it true that this fone's battery drains really quickly and it also heats up too and the touch sensitive buttons are usually non response so plz help me that whether all these things are true or not.

Please Don't buy if you expect 5mp camera. poor camer clarity and poor music player. waste of money

krish, 07 Nov 2011I have the same problem man... my phone goes blank all of a... moredont worry,when the problem will arise just reset ur ph not ur sd card.after doing this 2 to 3 times the prob will not arise again.its a good phone,i am using it from 1 month.try it..........

According to the spec dis fone stands among all the mob and as far as the price is concerned the amount is much lower dan other fones in this category..

I purchased motorola fire xt 530 And put idea card in it and for 3G i have called customer care they are telling that your set is not 3G compatible what to do

Bought this phone on 26th oct 2011 .. replaced it wid another moto fire xt on 3nov.. n 4m yday its showing black screen.. touch not working .. dead phone..
well i used it for around 3 days ..
camera quaity sucks
sound quality ok-2 types
touch z really gud
supports all d apps
battery does nt last for more den 12hrs
msgz cant be sent 2 a group, u always ve to select d frnz
front camera z useless
it was a nightmare 2 purchase dis phone.. searched a lot on web, going by d reviews, price n specifications it stand out among d other smartphones.. but
it proved 2 b wrong

I've had this phone for 2 weeks now. Bought it from the mobile shop in Egypt. Here is a little review.
PROS:
-Slim, solid, and elegant.
-Very bright screen, looks gorgeous.
-Fast and responsive, don't know why people are complaining.
-Battery lasts about 2 days of moderate use.
-Excellent signal, WiFi, voice clarity.
CONS:
-Front camera is useless, can't be used with Yahoo Messenger or Skype :'(
-Although there is option to enable Arabic keyboard, it doesn't work.
-Scrolling makes text, graphics blur really bad. VERY UGLY
-Moto Switch UI is a bad joke. Replaced it from market :D
-Phone has about 160MB internal memory available, rest is used by system stuff.
This phone has the potential to become one of the best android phones of all time, but unfortunately Motorola has made wasted this opportunity by releasing the phone with a buggy OS.
I believe Motorola will soon release an update for this phone (possibly Android 4.0) before this phone's reputation gets tarnished in Europe, USA.

It recorded earlier but now it says - Cannot record now. There's some problem with the software I guess and so I am using LGcamera pro software from the Android market place which works just fine.
Also for video calls(over Wi-Fi) use Tango from the Android Market place. It works just fine.....Cheers!

After that you will get tired of it anyways. For browsing web, Fire XT is far better since it has a larger screen and higher CPU. Having higher CPU means you can scroll a page faster.
