I am sorry but even for a budget phone, the Motorola g pure is a rip off. I just got my phone two days ago and there isn't one thing right with it and I'm not kidding. The camera is blurry and has terrible color. The phone freezes all the time. Or it takes forever for things to work. Somethimes it charges and sometimes it won't. The brightness will go up and down on its own along with the volume. Some times the mic works and sometimes it won't. I haven't had this phone long enough to have all these issues. I get that this was a cheeper phone for people who are on a budget but come on it still should work some what. I am even having trouble with the speakers when I'm in the phone. I got cancer and then had kidney failure and do to the chemotherapy I got Osteoporosis. And ended up breaking my back in three places. I am not able to work like I was. And my Samsung note 9 stop working. And I need a phone for doctor's appointments and such. So that's how I ended up with this Motorola G Pure. And I can't understand how this phone can even be out on the market. I went in line to see if it was just my phone with all these issues, and lord and behold there are so many utube videos out there about how to fix all the problems this phone has. Really should not be like this. I have no way right now to replace this peace of plastic. And I think it's a real shame to take advantage of people on a fixed income just trying to make it out here. I would be happy if something in this phone worked right but it doesn't.

The phone I great it has a radio which is you tube and it's loud and I can hear on it since I'm deaf in my right ear and it has a great screen and the camera is off the chain and I just love it thanks for your time and patience and I hope you have a bless day thanks Amanda Godfrey

One of the worst phones ever even for a budget phone. You can get a better phone for the same price. It's a glitchy broken mess.

I am currently using the Moto G Pure. When I saw the specs then reached the radio part, it said no. But my phone has an inbuilt radio that I found in the phone when I bought it.

What you get for the price is half decent, the volume rockers and power button are very cheap, they could definitely optimize the software a little better, the camera is half decent for the price, although it is missing alot of key features, the phones battery is okay ig, it obviously isn't a power house, or a all day battery, it is just like every other budget orientated smartphone.

Worst piece of garbage ever manufactured, after owning it for 1 year the hardware is already dying, and I don't abuse my device. System UI freezes and crashes the entire phone. Android 12 update did not fix, factory data reset did not fix. Motorola refuses to honor the warranty on this device and basically told me to sit and rotate. Will file a formal FTC complaint on this device.

The phone is affordable but has serious glitches and freezing, it gets annoying at times.
It's good for basic use only....which is fair given the prize.

I needed to replace my old phone so I went to a T-Mobile store. The guy said they did not have the ones on display, but the Moto g5 Pure was a good phone. He LIED. It is awful. He overcharged me for a phone that does not work right. I cannot get texts, when I do, I do not get the notification. I had it set to let me know I got a text, but it seems to have changed the setting by itself. I want to smash the phone, but I have to buy another phone. I will be changing carrier, too. If the salesman is any representation of the company, they can take and put it somewhere else.

the worst andorid i've ever owned. it craps on itself just opening google. constant freezing, terrible camera quality, AWFUL autocorrect. my samsung aspire is better than this piece o junk and that phone is over ten years old. performance was sacrificed for battery life. stay FAR AWAY from this phone. it isn't worth it.
