Motorola KRZR K1 - User opinions and reviews

Ive owned two of the same krzrs. Overall I liked the model, but it was very fragile. My first krzr was ruined only three hours after I purchased it. Of course the phones aren't designed to come in contact with water, but the screren was completly ruined when only a small amount of water touched it which i wiped off after a few seconds. So I went and got a new one, the same model, but the same thing happened after about 2 months. I was washing my hands and water touched the phone, but this time the whole thing was ruined, screen, keypad, speakers, everything. Of course, through all of this, I had bought full warrenty's both time where I was told that I was covered through any damage. Both times that my phone was damaged I was told 'there was nothing they could do' about my damaged phone and I had to pay full price for a new one.

i love the phone with all the drawbacks...its slow...it plays music when it wants but i love the way it looks...i love it ....

My partner has it.

Pros:
*Sleek Design
*Many customizable features
*Excellent Call Quality

Cons:
*Fingerprints/smudges(Just wipe on ur shirt)
*EXTREMELY slow operating system. Will get used to it, but if going from a samsung or BB, you will be extremely annoyed.
*No animated wallpaper(Even my samsung blast supports animated wallpapers and it was $100 cheaper at the time)

Sure there are more, but I only played with it a little bit.

This thing is a tank, I've thrown it and dropped it and kicked it, it endured a lot of abuse! The only problem was it landed face down on a rock when i was getting out of my car and the front screen cracked. still worked, but visible lines were there. i've had it for about 3 months now.

excellent phone. I got it from a year ago and has not given problems. He has endured abuse and a lot of falls. It is quite customizable (mods, monsterpacks, skins, etc). Perhaps it lacks some features that other phones have but at least this does not seem designed by playskool unlike Sony Ericsson and Nokia. Very good phone.By the way,
to add another number to a contact, type the number you want to add and select "store" and then select "add to contact" and there you go!.

never ever think of buying this damn cell..........many problems in it.........front cracked widout any reason it never dropped on surface just pull it out of my pocket and it was cracked aftr 6 months use....secondly put 1gb card in it and aftr some months start hanging and now these days i hav to put my memory card in and out 10 to 15 times daily to make my cell working wid memory card......battery timing is horrible just listen half hour music and battery drained.........now i m gonna throw it in a trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
