It's actually a great value phone. If your a person that is happy or simply sticks with calling and text and you rarely take photos then this phone is for you. If you want to take great photos, buy a camera! The price your paying simply equates to the phone your getting and its worth every cent.

hey there!!i have my L6 for about a month and a half now and its working well.the problem is it often hang when sms is received when i play games or typing a sms.it doesn't have much internal memory also.can i upgrade my L6 to have bigger memory??since a lot of people say every phone can be upgaded..thanx..

--to make it work you just follow this:
1. open P2kTools 0.8.6 and then connect your L6, then it will ask for drivers, tell windows to install it from the ones i posted here.
It´s going to ask you for about 6 or 7 different drivers(sometimes the USB-cable driver you have it already; probably it´s not going to recognize the phone)
2. Restart your PC, then open P2ktools
3. Connect your L6 and it must be detected.
*important: Do not connect the phone before opening the program (p2ktools), if you do this, the phone is not going to be recognized

For anybody wanting to upload or Download : Tunes, Pictures,Movie Clips. you going to need a USB Motorola Cable (V3 or L6)and the Software called MOBILE PHONE TOOLS.
Check with eBay, as you will find some Data Cables comes with Software (always ask if the CD that comes with the Cable has MOBILE PHONE TOOLS) this is the software that will allow you to Transfer Files to and from your L6.
Go to: http://www.ebay.co.uk/
And type in the Buy section: L6 Data Cable
People in other countries will need to use there own country eBay, the above is for UK users.
So it would be http://www.ebay .??.??
Hope this helps L6 users.
Anybody having a USB Cable, and only wants the Software, again Check out eBay or the Internet, you'll find it.

Can any1 tell me about the song quality of mp3 ringtones or to say mp3 songs on this handset...are these ringtones comparable to sony ericsson W-550 or W550i?????

It's a great phone. Set the backlight setting to 0 (there's still some backlight), and you'll get more battery life. Minor issues with creaky buttons and kinda loose backcover, but I guess the creaks are going to go away with some use. The camera works pretty good in well-lighted environments. The misplaced microphone doesn't cause in problems in sound transmission. The Bluetooth function works pretty good, but not fully versatile as I would've liked.
All in all, it's a really great phone for the price. You're going to be delighted with the shape and size of the phone. Amazing.

I´m am brasilian, so my english is very poor. I have this celular has 1 month, anda this batery is not so longer: during 50 to 60 hs. the antenna is very poor too: the signal antenna is very bad. The menu key is very small, dificultly to touch. His weigh ir very bigger. I am acostumte with NOKIA phones, and NOKIA phones is very better to operate. This L6 menus and operator system is not soo good. The messages SMS cant´disable itap/tap/t9. Memoru calls only have 10 positions, is very small. I can´t configure the light screen for more time, the maxim time is 20 second, and this is very small. The port USB is always oppen, and can enter litlle trash. the unique thing´s is good: bluetooth, large display, price (In Brazil cost U$ 180,00), slin case. Well... I always like NOKIA phones....If the NOKIA 6111 is not so expensive.... bye

thanks Nutty Computer...I was goin to buy a V360 and actually ordered one...Telstra had a sale and theyre sellin it for $99 and people kept on buying it but unfortunately i waited almost 2 months and bought an L6

great phon slim design but i really dont no how to add devices to me device list on bluetooth its second hand so it didnt come with a little guide and its my first bluetooth phone can some one tell me how to use blootooth cheers :) :Pxx

And the software: Mobile Phone Tools, doesnt even recongise the L6, had to tell it was a V3, Suppose its much like the V3 but with out the flip phone design..
So now when I connect the Data Cable to my PC it shows the V3 (talk about reminding me what I'm missing)
So the Software needs updating as well..
