Mobile Very Good but have mislaid the manual. Have attempted tp download same but keep getting 'information missing or incorrect' message. Is the manual not available?

this phone gives you experience that you never want to get like "please wait to enter special code" can anyone tell me what is it, and how to activate the clock i tell you its very difficult. only thing to praise for it is its long stand by time.
