Motorola MILESTONE

Hey guys,
I bought a brand new milestone but the battery lasts for a day ! I fully charged it yesterday morning and talked on the phone for maybe 10 minutes and download few applications for maybe 1 hour and this morning it went off !Is it normal or there is something wrong with the battery ?

On settings, check what uses your battery.
My Milestone lasts 16-18 hours with moderate use, including gaming, wifi all day, some 3G, texting, , agenda, email, web surfing and phone calls.

DO NOT UPGRADE to Froyo...there are 5 of us that upgraded to Froyo n all the phones slowed down, from opening the phonebook, messages etc. How can we downgrade back to Eclair???

hi guys, im getting an offer over the Milestone against my N95 8GB, i've never used a Motorola so far.. I'm quite intrigued abt this, n i really can't make a proper decision! :s
my N95 8GB works perfectly fine, except for the battery, which needs to be replaced!
any kind of help would be most appreciated! thnx

But actually I am not into high-... moreyes,it does. even it smoothly runs android v2.3.4 (Gingerbread) with 256 MB Ram.you can update to MIUI Rom (which is the best moto milestone rom) running android 2.3.4 > http://www.miuiandroid.com/roms <
also you can overclock the CPU to 1.2GHZ in a 2.2.1 ROM.

Very awesum phone, smooth with 2.1 but after u upgrade to 2.2 there is some kind of lag in the home screen can be fixed with 'adavnced task killer' and the built in task manager. The major flaw on this phone is it has no dedicated calling buttons like the answer key and the hang up key otherwise the phone is a very responsive and easy to operate phone!!

Since i am using it from 9 months i advice u to buy
Samsung I9001 Galaxy S Plus or
HTC Desire HD or
HTC Sensation 4G or normal HTC Sensation.

Can the owner of Milestone comment upon speed of device with froyo? Does it lag too much? Is 256 MB of RAM sufficient for daily normal use? How many apps it can handle without any problem?

The weakest point is 'Battery life' for a day, even do not enough to run through whole day. rest everything is fine.

Hi everyone, I've been using the milestone since september last year. The problem I have is my ''go back'' button does not respond. I don't know what to do. Can anyone please help me, I love my phone. I don't want to get get rid of so soon.
