is the MileStone\Droid gonna get a 720p HD video recording update/upgrade like both Sony Ericsson Expira X10 & HTC Desire ?
Im really considering getting one , but with the news of both Droid X & Droid 2 , i kinda started to have second thoughts
because the MileStone just released in Saudi Arabia & its really expensive
the catch is that Droid X is to US only so far & im afarid if i bought MileStone now they will make a GSM version of Droid X
So what yall think should i get MileStone now (i've been trying to get one since it release) or wait for Droid X & 2
the catch is I gotta leave the country for collage in about month & a half

knowmilestone, 02 Jul 2010can you tell which part of the spec prevents Andriod 3.0 i... moreThe RAM and the processor holding it back from updating to 3.0, But today they confirmed that the requirement previously mentioned are recommended,so there might be a possibility to install 3.0 on milestone.....As of now, forget 3.0....Where is our sweet froyo ??? Hello Moto,the milestone/Droid customers are waiting eagerly for the treat...Please make it possible Asap.

They said that the update to froyo will be released in July!

Motorola officially confirmed that they will update it to 2.2 within this year.

help needed, 30 Jun 2010i've tried but its not accepting usb in any of my friends pc.put the USB into ur ignore list of apps killers........then reboot the phone and try

dk , 01 Jul 2010This phone already came with android 2.1 update.nope, only the new ones are having the 2.1...........the older ones (2009 nov to 2010 jan) are still based on 2.0 or 2.0.1

Thanks guys. I saw both phones today. I found blackberry more appealing from my usability perspective. But the milestone is also a great phone.
