Partly ROW mostly uses GSM. Hence as much as I like DroidX, I didn't get one this past July because it would be useless overseas. I was able to get the (good) old Cliq, coz I got the phone unlocked and now I'm using it (and still love it, despite I'm also using Milestone).

I live in HK and Moto here "purposely takes out" the MotoBlur function.
This past July I got a Cliq in US with MotoBlur, and my wife couldn't get her hands off...despite the size and weight.

I m tech freak, i knw every each mobile, i would cry for ths mbile, itz the best featured and designed mobile i have ever seen. believe me it will hit the market higher than samsung galaxys.

guys this the nokia N900 is anytime better than MILESTONE 2, only we missed multitouch in N900. otherwise N900 is better than this phone.

For those people who won't buy the Milestone 2 just because it doesn't have FM radio, I feel sorry for you.
You're missing the bigger picture here :)

(1) Maemo 5 ne N900. Look at sales. Look at the Moto Droid's sales record. Market leader. NO contest. MOTO wins. HANDS down.
(2) Look at the sheer speed MOTO has come out with INNOVATIVE Android units. Not 2nd rate mid-tier either. ( this company is quite serious ) Droid X, Drois 2, AND 17 OTHER Android units. All in 1 yr. For further comment look at Time Magazin awarding the Milestone / Droid Gadget of the year. OMG
P.S.
The Defy IS water resistant, but to a depth equaling 3 ft. It is also resistant to the hazards of dropping as well.

i love the design, it reminds me off my LG GM730 few months later, very beautiful hand phone but awful performance. have to get one......

I have a milestone, and its one of the best handsets ever had, i cant wait for the milestone 2 to come out, so i can upgrade, so motorola hurry up
