but to make it work during calls you need to change a setting in dialer app to automatically turn off display during calls its set to 5 sec by default
make sure you have all system updates installed for this procedure

I'm disappointed with the proximity sensor as there is no such thing. I didn't see that before buying bcoz I thought every phone will have that. It's very disturbing whenever I take or make a call bcoz it's touching the ear and other applications are opening.

Hi friends...i purchased a moto c plus mobile.first i disappointed for proxy sensors not working..but when i updated fully..it working very good when during call..sensors r working ..now im very happy to using this mobile.b attery life is also very good friends..thank u moto....
